Chapter 100 - Dark Guild

Finally! 100 chapter!! I'm getting closer to my old number of chapters!

It lasted for several hours where everyone was exhausted from their husband's endless stamina that only grew when he gained more innate strength. Caelum used spatial magic to get everyone into the bedroom making sure they were dry before letting them rest in their bed. He dresses himself before walking out to take a breather and head back to the guild to look for any quest finding Erza and Ajest were taking a quest of their own. 

They saw their father and quickly asked if it was allowed for them to get a quest in regards to hunting down dark guilds. Even though they're incredibly strong does not mean they'll be allowed to take this kind of quest without supervision. I mean, the person who put the quest won't expect a 11 year kid to be the one who is going to take the job. Caelum saw the job description seeing that it was easy enough and isn't far. 

"Alright, this is actually perfect for you to train. I want you to finish the quest without using anything else besides your skill in swordsmanship, understood?"

He didn't want the two to neglect refining their swordsmanship even though he's doing the same but he's not worried because he'll eventually find a world where he can master all weapons. Caelum aims for Absolute Weapon Proficiency even possible to gain their intent but he concentrates his energy to what he has for now. His aim is to balance them rather than focus on one thing.  

The two heard their father strongly nodding, taking the quest telling Makarov about it and approving before heading to the town walking around with them buying some supplies along with taking them out for lunch. Caelum feels like he is neglecting his son's but they all don't mind since most were studying under his empire school. Erza and Ajest only one who didn't take formal education and it's not like he doesn't take them on trip teaching them when his around. 

He was fortunate they are extremely understanding and loving children. Caelum does make an illusionary world where time goes slower to have family bonding for each of his women. Caelum bought some strawberry cheesecake for Erza while Ajest just got some other pastries.  They travelled into the mountains and visited their friends who had been training quite proficiently. 

"Caelum! We miss you!"

Milianna jumped on Caelum wrapping her arms tightly giggling. Thinking he caught him by surprise receiving a pat from Caelum.

"Miss me already? Didn't I visit you yesterday?"

"It's boring when you're not around. So….did you get us anything? Like Pizza!?"

"Jeez you got addicted to that. But can't blame you. Unfortunately, no I don't have any pizza with me."

She crumbled disappointed that there wasn't some delicious food but didn't mind and eagerly told him about their day. He found everyone informing them that he'll be in quest with Erza and Ajest making them incredibly sad but understood. 

"Can I come with you? I'm confident we will be a big help in your quest."

Millianna declared but quickly shut down by Caelum telling her that they needed to train first before joining them. Unlike his daughters, they were normal humans who only started recently and would take time to reach their level. She was extremely disappointed but gave up and continued to cuddle with Caelum while the others looked at her with envy which was noticed but Caelum held his hand to join her. 

After spending time with them, Caelum and his daughters told his woman who had recovered from their session about his plan which they asked if it was safe but Caelum said it was just training and he'll be there if they ever are in danger. 

The next day, they catch up on a train where it took a few hours to arrive at their destination travelling on foot teaching them how to track down enemies with the usage of mana search. They arrive at a small village where Caelum asks the locals regarding the quest and any information about them. He was teaching his children on how to gather information and how to carefully plan things out. Though they're strong, their enemies do not fight fair and can use hostages for their advantage. Not to mention their power could cause unnecessary collateral damages. 

The villagers seem troubled telling them that no one asked the quest which made Caelum suspicious and decided to change the subject asking if they can stay in their village which the villagers accepted and gave them a small house to spend the day on. When they were finally alone, Caelum asked his daughters if they noticed anything.

"He was acting suspicious and my guess is that the dark guild is holding their loved one hostage."

"I agree, he was extremely scared when we arrived and told me that someone in the village who is extremely desperate posted the quest."

Caelum nodded proudly at their observation telling them that it was possible the dark guild is using the village. He told them to remain vigilant since they likely told the dark guild about the situation. 

"This is one of the ways to find the enemy. If you can't find them then let them find you."

They nodded, listening to Caelum further explain how they won't likely send someone strong to capture them since it isn't worth the risk and Caelum didn't announce that he is a Wizard Saint. After a while, they took a nap while Caelum remained vigilant despite still training to master the [ Hercules Methods ]. He was using the Method while perfecting his combat skill to reach the apex where it transcends and reach the absolute state of being.

Caelum came to realize that the Absolute and Almighty status is the highest state of everything be it the soul or any concept. He was aiming to reach heights by concentrating his effort by refining his combat skills. In terms of destructive force then he has no equal in this world but combat skills then it difficult to pinpoint exactly what his master of. At most his combat skills are at the level of someone who can be called an expert since he hadn't been more skillful than him and unable to improve himself. 

Without an adversary, their nothing to overcome and nothing to overcome means nothing could make him stronger. How can one sharpen the knife when there is no limestone? This is the same, without anyone to challenge, Caelum is in a stagnant state. Caelum fluidly moves striking and kicking the air executing his technique perfectly having read some martial arts while he was on earth. 

His movements were refined for the eyes of those who are inexperienced yet Caelum feels the flaws in them and tries to further grasp what he truly lacks. He does not have any master to teach him what kind of things he is lacking and only follows the movement of martial arts. 

Caelum finished his unarmed training before taking out Mio and Mia to train his weapon mastery creating an artificial life by using [ Izanagi ] that contains all of his techniques and fought it where they're blades clash trying to find a Blindspot to take advantage of. He was steadily growing more than before but still unsatisfied at the rate in which he was improving.

After more than 2 hours, Caelum finishes training and recites the [ Sacred Scripture ] making his aspects churned but not to the point of breaking through as the world limit had been reached. Caelum cannot breakthrough anymore and the best he could do is improve the quality of aspects. 

Caelum then opened his eyes noticing people arriving and decided to wake up his children. Few moments later, a group of 20 people arrive smirking and grinning looking at Caelum with intent to kill.

"I was expecting dark guild mages, not bunch of sex offenders."

He shook his head in disappointment since they look like a bunch of pedophiles and cliche bandits. 

"Still acting though are we? You are already surrounded!"

They laughed at him confident that they'll win in numbers and they hardly felt the magical energy from them where Caelum was only above the children beside him.  Unfortunately, the energy they sensed is the energy that leaked from using the [ Illusionary Essence Art ] while Caelum just let a small energy to at least make him semen like a mage. 

"Hahahaha."

The dark guild were confused when they heard Caelum laughing with them before a pressure weighed down on them feeling an unexplainable drain when they heard him stop laughing and saw his golden eyes from the shadow. They saw that it was not a man but a demon in human clothing. His two daughters flared their magical energy with Ajest and Erza summoned their sword and remembered that they weren't supposed to use magic in that quest. 

"I am surrounded….by fear and a dead man."

He said before everyone would do anything Ajest and Erza leaped forward taking half and began to fight them with nothing but their techniques. Caelum just watched them slashing at their enemies who were barely able to defend themselves where the two only had small mishaps but in the end defeated everyone without killing any of them. They're still children and shouldn't kill people because it's Caelum's job to do so. 

The two finished letting one of them to interrogate about any information about their hideout. It was relatively easy since the person was a coward and told everything he knew.

"You'll let me go, right!? Please don't kill me!"

"Sure, I won't….Behemoth, eat up."

The dark guild had his glimmer of hope diminish when he witnessed a large beast tower over him that growling at them and before he could scream was devoured along with the rest of his comrades. Behemoth, the one Caelum captured in a virtual game that he suspects to be real like some sort of device. He planned on investigating it in the future but for now his daughter switched him heading their way to the hideout.

Caelum could have easily used his Divine sense to find the location but he wanted to reach his children about certain things. It didn't take long for them to arrive into the mountains where they started above the trees looking down to see guards at the entrances. 

He already knew how many the dark guild were while also how many hostages they had in them. Caelum told his daughter he'll handle the hostage while the two fight the bandits but make sure to be careful. They nodded before Caelum vanished from his spot and knocked the guards before heading inside hiding his presence searching for the prisoner, finding a bunch of dark guild members having fun with the girls. 

Caelum clicks his tongue knowing this is what is going to happen which is why he let his daughter handle the dark guild instead. He just walk up to the fat pig and grabbed him by the neck before using [ Tsukoyomi ] without directly looking a thrust eyes since he have [ Tensei Rinne-sharigan ] giving him 360° clairvoyants. He cast a horrible and terrifying illusion lasting several hundred years. 

He looked at the woman that was tortured and abused healing them before removing a piece fo their memories to save them. The village girls were confused when they woke up who saw Caelum and about to scream but he quickly told her that his mage was tasked to save them which they immediately calmed down. He told them to follow him walking around beating anyone that gets in his way until he arrives to see his daughters having small bruises and cuts but overall unharmed. It instantly healed and looked at the beaten to a pulp person who was presumably the dark guild leader. 

He praised the two for accomplishing his task of not using anything beside their Swordsmanship improving their combat skills. Caelum was reminded of his training at the black clover verse having the same experience as them. After bringing the captured woman took the rest of the dark guild bandits to his own empire prison that was more strict and tight than the magic council. The villagers were all surprised and were extremely grateful for Caelum apologizing for what they did, confessing that they told the dark guild about them which he only said it was in the past, not to mention it was part of his plan.

They awarded them some of their payment but Caelum said that it was fine since they didn't come for the money. When they left, the villagers decided to erect a statue of Caelum.
