"How did you deflect my attack? What ability do you have and what rank is it?!" Jaxon shouted with the most indignant tone any human could possibly muster.

"Is it really that big of a shock to you that someone could deflect your attack when your ability is G rank? I could understand if you were E or D rank in this city, since that would be rare, but this should be common place for you." Alex replied.

"What is that supposed to mean? Are you implying I'm weak!?"

"You said that you had fought many Users already, and even won against them, but that doesn't seem to be true. It would make more sense if you told me you ambushed your opponents with other Rippers and then claimed victory after dealing the final blow to an already dying opponent. I suppose it's also possible that you're just lying outright as well, are you sure your opponents were even Users? Or better yet, were there even any opponents to begin with?"
