Before the Blackout

Maya didn't want to force her sister to remember so she just shrugged and looked at her parents. Roy saw her sister's face and knew she really wanted to hear what Nadia had promised to tell her. 

Roy asked Nadia to move toward him so he could tell her something, and when Nadia was close to him, he pinched her one ear hard that if it was not for Maya who covered her mouth fast, there would have been screams in the hotel.

"Roy," Maya warned. 

"What? She has to remember what she was supposed to tell you, big sis?" 

"She will but there is no need for you to pinch her, you know," Maya said and gave Roy a tough look, Nadia was looking from Roy to Maya and wanted to ask them if they were done she finally remembered what she was supposed to tell her.
