59. Leave her even though

After dinner Karthik and Riya decided to leave, but suddenly Riya start feel dizzy.

Karthik got really tensed as due to different thought going through their mind they didn't go through a proper check up process, and now watching Riya like this he don't know what to do.

Karthik help Riya outside the private room. His one hand is firmly holding her hand and other one is supporting her waist. There is a visible frown combination of tension appear on his forehead.

This is how Mahi and Avatar saw them. They are so engrossed in each other that they didn't even notice Mahi and Avatar. Till Mahi ask for Karthik's attention, "Karthik?"

Karthik lift his head and saw Mahi. Avatar got a important call so he left them for some time.

Riya also lift her dizzy head toward the source of the voice. She saw Mahi frowning toward Karthik with very displeased look.

There are a lot of reports saying Mahi and Karthik were dating but the involved party never confirm anything but now looking at them, she is feeling guilty, even if she's not.

But again she is feeling very dizzy to care about anything else.

Karthik saw Riya's condition and start leaving with Riya, "Talk to you later."

When Karthik return after finishing his phone call he saw Mahi staring into a vacant space with a big frown on her head.

Karthik slide his hand on Mahi's waist, "Why are you in daze?"

Karthik escort Riya inside the car, after sitting inside the car she fall asleep in no time.

By the time Karthik reach his Condominium Riya was also out from her dream land.

He took out two masks from his car glove compartment. He put one on himself and handed the other to her. "Riya, put this on. I'll take you to my home."

Riya frown after hearing it, "Why I have to go to your place?"

"While I'm driving you're sleeping peacefully, so I didn't disturb you and also my place is more convenient."

Riya accepted it. The two of them quietly left the car and took steps towards elevator.

Strangers had to register before they could enter the district, but Karthik had been coming and going in for the past few years so the security guard recognised him.

But they are specially shocked to see a girl beside Karthik as he never brought any female companion back home.

Even Divya never came hear because whenever they plan she didn't able to make it due to two or more reasons.

The district catered to the filthy rich class people, and the paths for cars and pedestrians were separate.

Tall and lush trees were planted on the sidewalks between buildings, and there were many grey colored, long benches besides the pedestrian walkways. Multiple gazebos and fountains dotted the area for residents to cool off under. Willow greens that swayed with the wind were planted on the banks of the ponds and the breeze brought along a scent of nature that refreshed the heart.

The district had an extremely beautiful environment!

Karthik turned his head to look at Riya who was walking alongside him. The light breeze gently swept past them. Thanks to her presence, Karthik managed to enjoy a rare moment of tranquility.

Karthik suddenly felt his gaze is not good and then his heart submerged into darkness for so long.

Karthik stepped out of the elevator after managing his thoughts on the 20th floor. He turned left, and reached a two-room apartment. He pressed his finger on the fingerprint lock of the security door to unlock it.

He shared the passcode for the electronic lock with Riya and said, "Henceforth, whether you are entering or leaving, use the fingerprint lock. If you want the key, I've placed it on the bedside table in the master bedroom."

Riya nodded with a sound of affirmation.

She didn't understand why he's even taking care of sharing his personal space with her but Karthik thoughts is simple, he didn't want her to feel left out. This is a condition they both created then he can't ignore her for his peace of mind, which he'll never get if he leave her even though.
