"At home!" Rachel replied curtly.

Rachel's cold attitude made Nico furious. "Oh yeah sorry if I've been bothering you with this number these past few days. I was just trying the phone recently," lied Nico trying his best to cover up his lie.

"It's okay sir," Rachel replied still in the same tone.

"Rahel, Aunt said yesterday you came to the house? Really?"

There was silence for a moment, "Yes, I heard Alisa was sick. So I came to the house," Rachel whispered.

Nico took a deep breath. There was a regret that suddenly slipped in his heart. He should have been able to stop her when Rachel left.

"Yes, Alisa is indeed sick. But now it's getting better," Nico said later.

"I'm grateful!" Rachel replied from behind the phone.

"But why don't you come inside the house?"

"Rachel, Rachel!"
