Unrewarded Kindness

In the parking lot.

Connor spent a lot of effort to convince Florian and the others that the car was his.

However, Connor didn't expect that Melissa still didn't believe that the sports car was hers. She even assumed Connor had stolen it.

Connor was angrier because he had helped Melissa out of kindness. Yet, Melissa was ready to call the police and tell them to come and arrest him!

Connor finally experienced someone being ungrateful toward him!

"Melissa, what do you mean?" Connor frowned and asked Melissa unhappily.

He had never expected Melissa to do this. Even if this car wasn't his, she couldn't just call the police to arrest him, right?

"Connor, is this sports car really yours?" Melissa asked him earnestly.

"Now that the car keys are in my hands and I'm already sitting in the car, whose car do you think it is if not mine?" Connor asked Melissa impatiently.
