Chapter 46

After I said that, Tyr smiled, so I raised my fist and put it in front of him. He didn't seem to understand the gesture.

I said.

I touched my hands on the table and then it started to change. Since it was made of earth, it didn't take me long to make a realistic replica of the map of this continent.

-I have visited all areas of this continent. With my memory I can remember everything in great detail and bring it to reality with my bodily power. It is an extremely easy thing to do.

"Let me explain this map. It is divided by zones of influence. Each of these zones belong to what I call an "Old God". The colors most easily represent the separation in power. "

I looked at everyone present for any doubts or questions. As I did not see any continue.

"These names and dots you see here mark the exact location of the "Old God". As you can see, the larger the territory, the stronger the enemy. The strongest of all is "Y'Shaarj", then follows "Yogg-Saron", "C'thun" and lastly "N'Zoth"."

-This map was clearly before they sealed the "Elemental Lords" ... I wonder, have they banished them by now?

"I'd like to know, have the "Elemental Lords" been sealed yet?"

"Yes, it was a good idea of yours, ally."

One of the forged women suddenly said.

"I see. Thank you for telling me and for the compliment. May I ask your name?"

"My name is Helya, Ally."

-So this is Helya before she became. She gives me a very youthful and friendly vibe. I like her... although I hope I don't think so because of the compliment she gave me.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Helya. I do not possess a name, but you may call me whatever you prefer."

I said with a smile. And after receiving a smile from him and nodding. I looked at the other Forged present and said.

"In fact, you can all call me whatever you prefer, and if it's not a problem, I'd like to ask everyone's name here..."

With a big smile I asked, as I looked at the guardians and forged alike.

(POV Ra, "Guardian". Time: After the MC fainted. Place: A place a bit far away from a destroyed "City / Temple")

I was preparing to seal the "Elemental Lords" together with Helya, when she pointed me in a direction. I saw how the "Ally" was on the floor, near the earthen "Elemental Lady". Freya was apparently approaching to help him.

Nodding, Freya, who together with Tyr and Hodir, carried our "Ally", began to move him towards some forges.

When they returned, I asked them.

"Apparently he passed out from exhaustion, or at least that's what the "Elemental Lady" told me."

Freya said.

"I see."

I nodded.

"So, let's continue Helya."

It didn't take long to prepare the spell that would create a new dimension linked to this world. One where we would enclose the elementals of this world.

"Ready Helya?"

"Yes, I'm ready."

"Then let's do it now."

Soon a great discharge of arcane energy surged from our hands, entering an artifact created to then close the new plane we would forge.

Eventually, our magics managed to open a passage into a starry abyss. It was known as the "Endless Void". Where by using the space within it we formed a new dimension.

Inside this new dimension, called "Elemental Plane" in honor of the elementals that it would contain inside, we began to mold it. This task took us 2 days, but we managed to finish it. Then we linked the plane to this world and then it was time to enclose the "Elemental Lords" and all the other elementals.

But as soon as the process started and we began to absorb the "Elemental Lords," along with the other elementals, we heard something.

"You are fools, you will be betrayed, just like us, by that "Traitor" ... by the "Earth Forge". Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha, when the most important and distressing moment comes, you will see it. He will leave you to your fate before the great darkness that plagues this world, because he is also part of that darkness. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! a darkness that will devour you at any moment. That...I...I...SWEAR!"

With those last words, all the elemental lords were locked up, along with their elemental armies. Not all of them, though. Something had prevented the spell from taking full effect and I could feel it coming from somewhere far away. Deep in the sea. But even so, all elementals, not including our ally and those who were not sealed, would be within the elemental plane from now on.

-A place created so that they can live in their elements and fight each other, if they wish.

"Well done, Helya."

"Thank you, Guardian Ra. But something prevented the spell from completing its objective. Though I gave my best effort, I could not fight whatever it was that prevented banishing them all. Still, I could see that it was incredibly powerful and very dark, locked somewhere deep within the earth, in the deepest part of the ocean."

"Yes, I felt it too, Helya."

-Although it is very strange. I don't feel that darkness affecting this world....

Remembering the words of the "Fire Elemental Lord", I understood something.

-Maybe our ally is not exactly what we think. We'll see if his goals are really what he says they are.

(POV Protagonist. Time: 3 weeks after awakening and sealing the elementals. Location: Last "City / Temple" before "Y'Shaarj")

I had joined in multiple battles with the "Guardians". Although considering their strength, I decided to stay close to the "Forged". Helping to avoid as many casualties as possible.

-Although in the end it doesn't matter how many I save, these "Forged" people don't seem to have a big part in the story, except for a few. It doesn't mean that saving people doesn't make me feel good. Especially when I feel the sincerity in their words every time I save someone from death.

With one blow I sent 5 "'N'raqi" flying, forcing them to collide with some others and turning into a bloody paste between them.

-Learning the strength needed to kill your enemy with one blow without exploding and using his dead body as a weapon against a few more is like shooting a rock and killing 4 birds. I almost feel like I play soccer or golf. And the best part is that I practice my aim with every throw.

-I think I've become a training maniac. I'm not so sure, though.

-I admit I have fun doing this.

I was using all my limbs and tentacles to hit as many as possible. I had changed the shape of the tips of my tentacles, which now looked like sledgehammers. With each blow I would kill and send flying with great force any enemy I hit.

-So with every enemy I kill, I'm practically killing two. Too bad I can't devour all this power. I can only indulge myself by devouring their "Wills" or I guess it's better to call them "Souls".

-As they say, every soul counts. Even if the power they give me isn't much. At least it satiates my hunger a little.

- My hunger for battle!

-Yes, I think I've changed a little, but that's okay. I'll be able to live in peace soon. That's the blessing of life. To be able to adapt to circumstances.

With a beam of light that came from my hands, I healed the poor Forged One, who almost died from, well, bleeding to death. Only they don't have blood, but rather something like a liquid arcane essence. Or something like that.

-Thanks to that I was able to absorb some arcane magic and began to understand how it worked. It's a pity that I need even more to be able to use it on equal terms to Helya, or even surpass her.

I had become friends with Helya. I liked her. Helya is someone very lively and intelligent. I could talk to her about arcane magic for hours and still not finish that topic. This was because arcane magic is very deep and somewhat complex. It uses a lot of calculation and will, the slightest mistake and it is likely to end in an explosion, but the power it possesses is incredibly great.

-I'm learning magic with Helya, who I consider my friend now. Well, I've also made some friends among the forged I've saved. Though I would like to say the same for the "Guardians", I feel they are very wary of me. Even Tyr.

-Perhaps, Ragnaros or some "Elemental Lord" told them something... in fact, it is very likely.

Soon a huge tornado of emerged, sucking up all the pesky flying insects. Then a large amount of fire joined the attack, causing a huge fire tornado.

-I should have realized it before. *Sigh*, I'm a little slow.

-I'm not in the mood for fun anymore, I want to end all this quickly and talk to the "Titans". It's time for "Azeroth" to change once and for all.

Then a great amount of light began to illuminate the sky. Burning the dark enemies and healing my allies.

My friendship with Helya had begun the day I met her at that strategy meeting. After we left, I invited her for a chat. Although I thought she would refuse, she readily accepted.

We talked a lot of things, among which she asked how long I had been here. I just told her that age is not something you ask a man... Pfft. Although she didn't get it, she was amused by the joke. I could feel it, I've always been able to feel it, those emotions.

From that day on, my life was a bit more fun. Especially the lectures on magic and how to efficiently use the elements, energy-based attacks and the weaving of spells and elemental attacks.

Author's Note: It's almost time to talk to the Titans. Maybe 2 more chapters or maybe it will be the next one.... We'll see.

After that, there would be a few more chapters to go and we would start the "Ordering the World". Where life in Azeroth would begin.
