The silence was occupying the meeting room where Seiya was present. Isuzu was standing behind him, acting as Seiya's bodyguard, while Latifa and Aisu were sitting on either side.
Another group of people was also present. They were from Yoshitake Real Estate.
"It is a pleasure to meet such a young talent who has saved this park from the blink of a total loss," Yoshiro said with a cunning smile.
Seiya wanted to punch the man, but it would worsen the matter.
Yoshiro was accompanied by his lawyer and two sturdy-looking bodyguards whose faces were covered by hoodies. Seiya has already guessed their identity without even using Mind's Eye.
"I will skip the correction. I could have said the same for you if not for the enormous trouble your puppies have caused." Seiya spoke.
"Trouble, you say? I think Kanie-dono ignoring the obvious disaster this park would have faced even without my men, don't you agree?"
Latifa and Isuzu flinched at his statement. He must be thinking about the park's previous state. It was somewhat true since the theme park was more like a suicide spot. Attractions were dangerous, and staff acted like gang members.
However, they are fairies and different from humans. They just didn't understand the standard norm to bring smiles to humans' faces.
Seiya smiled at Latifa and continued, "Nope, they were doing fine. Amagi Development had one job to manage the administration, but they didn't do anything. I don't think I need to explain any further.
Seiya then put his hands on the table and looked at Yoshiro.
"I will be straight this time. Hand over the rest of Amagi Entertainment's shares, and we will call it off." Seiya said and then leaned on his chair. "I am sure that if we were to meet in court, you would lose shares and pay a 500 million yen penalty. Not to mention the reputation of Yoshitake Estate will lick the ground for ages. As a person who has brought his company to a new height, you don't want me to spill what might come next, right?"
This time the smirk on Yoshiro's face vanished. He narrowed his eyes and glared at Seiya, "Looks like the high schooler has done very though research on the affairs of my company."
"Well, duh! You should have received my gift, right? If you want, I have some more cookies, but they will taste bitter." Seiya smirked.
He knew how to progress in debate. He had to put on a solid act to gain an advantage. Seiya had already collected enough evidence to take down Yoshiro's company. It was not a feasible method but enough to ruin the guy.
"Why you!!" Yoshitake slammed his hands on the table and glared at Seiya.
"Oi Seiya, don't take things far!" Aisu whispered, taken by Yoshiro's sudden outburst. She was a little scared of two giants standing behind Yoshiro.
"Just trust me. I know what I am doing." Seiya winked and somehow assured Aisu.
"Boy, you don't know, but this world is scary. A high schooler could go missing, and who knows what will happen." Yoshiro smirked.
"Well, Uncle Tom, I know what type of slump I stepped on, so don't work your brain to threaten me," Seiya said and smiled. He also glanced at Isuzu for taking out her muskets. He wasn't generous towards Yoshiro, but Aisu was present. Unlike everyone in the room, Aisu was not affiliated with violence yet. He didn't want to scare her, or she would start throwing tantrums.
Yoshiro stared at Seiya for a couple of seconds before he sat down and wiped his sweat.
He cleared his throat and smiled, "Might I suggest an alternative?"
"Now we are talking."
"Then have you heard about Kengan Matches?"
"Yes." Seiya smiled, "It is underground fighting matches where fighters fight for the stakes of the companies they represent. Kengan Association administers it. Is that the gist of it?"
All of them, including Latifa and Aisu, looked at Seiya with shock.
"Ah, it seems like Kanie-dono has done a fair share of research." Yoshiro said and then glanced at Aisu and the other women present, "For our next discussion, I don't want to involve any unwanted ears for our mutual interest."
"Don't worry; they are people needed to be present." Seiya said and then introduced everyone starting with his aunt, "She is Aisu, the acting CEO of our new company, The Romani Entertainments. We will be launching a new set of video games soon." He then went towards Latifa, "She is Latifa Fleuranza, head of Amagi Entertainment and main manager of Amagi Brilliant Park. I think you know her." Then finally, Isuzu, "She is Isuzu Sento, my secretary." He glanced at Yoshiro again, "Now all parties concerned are present, so please proceed with the proposal."
"Then I will not beat around the bushes. Let's settle this in Kengan way. One-on-one fight, whoever wins shall win the stakes."
"I agree."
"Wait, Sei-" Aisu was about to stop Seiya, but he grasped her hand and nodded at her.
"Then let us decide the stakes. You will take every share of Amagi Entertainment along with the massive land and rights if you win. But If I win, you will surrender all the shares and the right to the land in front of the park you own. Deal or no deal."
"Well, of course, it is a yes from me. I am getting so much land for free now." Yoshiro smiled and nodded at his lawyer, who operated his pc connected with a printer and produced a contract. Yoshiro then handed the document to Seiya, "Read the contract and sign it."
Seiya read the contract, and after inspecting the terms and conditions, he signed the contract along with Latifa and reluctant Aisu.
Yoshiro stood up and tapped his clothes to leave. "Make sure to bring 100 million as challenger's fee since you are not a member yet."
"Of course, I will. But a piece of advice before you leave."
"What is it?"
"I want to fight that strong guy, Lihito," Seiya smirked.
It was then the hooded guy behind Seiya removed his hood. He had messy blonde hair and small blonde eyebrows. He had an animated facial expression, beaming with confidence.
"The brat has indeed done his homework," Lihito said as he walked toward Seiya with a stern look. "Though I want to test your smug face, I don't want to scare lovely ladies."
Seiya glared at Lihito when he looked at Seiya's women with his lustful eyes. "I could say the same for you, but the fight must occur in the arena. I will teach you why you should never raise your filthy eyes towards my women."
"Hohoho! The brat looked like a playboy! Well, let's meet in the arena. Make sure to prepare for the worst." Lihito laughed and left along with the rest of Yoshiro's men.
"Seiya-sama, you are as energetic as ever. Never hesitating to jump for new challenges. Though I have predicted that you will not hesitate to form this kind of contract." Latifa spoke, not surprised by the existence of the Kengan Association.
Latifa had already told Seiya how she had managed to defend her ownership of the park for so long. She had participated in Kengan matches many times with Moffle as the main fighter, but then some other originations started suspecting if the mascot was human, so she refrained from participating again.
"Yes. Bringing him to court would require a lot of money and time. He would be losing for sure, but I wouldn't be far from him as a new entrepreneur. Like him, I wanted to settle this account as soon as possible."
After winning the bet, Seiya would sign to take over 50% shares of Amagi Entertainment, making it an associate private company of The Romani Entertainment while giving the rest to Latifa. In this way, the mutual respect would not be tarnished between them.
He also wanted to acquire the land in front of Amagi Park to build the main head office for his company.
"Seiya, you need some explanation to give me." It was then their attention was directed to Aisu, fuming with anger.
Seiya smiled and pulled a cone of ice cream out of the thin year, shocking the poor Aisu to her core.
"And you need to chill since what I am about to tell Nee-san needs a cool head."
