Sixth Heaven, Heaven

The great Seraph Michael was watching a transmission coming from the underworld together with his brothers and sisters. To his knowledge, the transmission was 'leaked' from the Underworld as a means of propaganda for the Devils showcasing one of their new Satan's strengths.
"Tell us again, brother Michael, why are we watching two Devils fight?"
Archangel Raphael asked Michael. Transmissions coming from the Devil's part of the Underworld were normally two Devils going at it in an Arena and that was not the kind of thing that an Angel could call entertainment without falling.
"Because this time it is not two Devils fighting, brother Raphael. It is the new Satan Leviathan and a Human called Erik Ravenclaw. Apparently, some years ago their new Satan Leviathan, Serafall Leviathan, tired from the Devils' advances to try and court her, made an announcement. She announced that she would only consider the courting of those who were stronger than her, and for that, they would have to defeat her in single combat. Until now, various challenges were issued, but none managed to even hurt the Satan. A month ago, a new challenger appeared after some time without any. The challenge was issued by Erik Ravenclaw."
Michael said, making Raphael's eyebrow rise together with the eyebrow of other angels in the room. Due to that, none noticed Gabriel perking at the mention of a Human called Erik Ravenclaw. That was the name of the Human that gave her the journal's copy. It had not taken much investigation of their part to know that Erik had married after having gone to the magic school and had taken his wife's family name: Ravenclaw. Unfortunately for her, it was there that her information stopped due to the Church having removed themselves from Britain soon after his marriage. When they had come back to the island, the Ravenclaws had already retired from the magical world and no more news was available to them.
While Gabriel thought about all that, she was slowly stirring the hot tea in her cup. Because of her interest in bees in the past, 'Gabriel's Honey' was a much-sought commodity in Heaven. It was considered the best way to sweeten your tea in Heaven and it was very beneficial to Angels too since the flowers that had their nectar collected to make the honey were the ones in the Eden's Garden. Gabriel sipped her tea and turned to pay attention to the magical screen that was showing them the start of a fight.
Michael had continued talking while the fight didn't start, taking some papers in his hand and telling the other Angels all the information that he had on Erik Ravenclaw.
It was then that their attention was called to the magic screen. On it, they watched as Serafall Leviathan entered the Arena under the cheers of the Devils, followed by Erik Ravenclaw arriving through a transportation magic circle being 'welcomed' with 'boos' and jeers. It was then that Erik Ravenclaw released his power, making very Angel inside the room have wide eyes. They could feel it in their very being the similarity of his power to the one that their father had.
They watched with attention as the fight started and finished, and as the 'aftermatch' happened. To the Devils' horror, the humiliation of the Enforcer Team from their Elder's Council was aired too.
After the transmission finished, the room that was full of Angels was silent. The first one to break was Raphael.
"He is strong."
Raphael said simply and the other angels nodded their heads in agreement.
"Yes. I think that I couldn't win against him too."
Michael said, shocking some of the Angels in the room that had never gone to a battlefield.
"Any chances of bringing him to our team? Can we send some members of the church to try and recruit him?"
Asked Uriel. The power displayed by Erik Ravenclaw had been very high.
"No."
Michael said while shaking his head.
"You have to remember where he is coming from. Erik Ravenclaw is a wizard. His kind was and still is hunted down by the Church for being 'spawns of the Devil'. He is the owner of their magical school and had seen children go home for the summer just to not be seen again. Some of them even his colleagues. It was just after he had assumed control of the school that they implemented a way for the students to be brought to safety if they encounter any danger. That being said, there is no way that he would accept the invitation of any member of the church."
Michael replied to Uriel, explaining why he believed that Erik Ravenclaw would not join the Church.
"In fact, I believe that he would not join any faction at all. A person who kept himself neutral until now would not easily link himself with a faction."
Michael added.
"But didn't he call Satan Leviathan his future-wife?"
Raphael asked, raising the point that the 'rights' to court Serafall Leviathan was the objective of the fight, to begin with.
"Yes, but I don't believe that he will join their faction. He kept his neutrality for too much time to just throw it away for a woman."
Michael replied like he knew everything about humans. Just in his dreams.
The meeting continued for some more minutes with the Angels trading some other news and speculating some others. When it finished, everyone got out of the room to do their own things, aside from Michael and Gabriel.
Michael was organizing some papers when his sister, Gabriel, called for his attention.
"Brother Michael."
Gabriel called in her soft tone. Michael looked up from his paper with a smile on his face.
"Yes, Gabriel?"
Michael asked.
"I think that I can contact Erik Ravenclaw."
Gabriel said to her brother, who looked at her with a more serious face.
"And why is that, Gabriel?"
Michael asked back.
"I already met him once."
Gabriel said and Michael continued to look at her, wanting her to continue talking, what she did. The smile was now gone from his face.
"It was almost a hundred and forty years ago, during the second time that we went to the Human World to investigate that peak of energy and met Azazel. After you and Azazel were gone I called him out. I had sensed someone watching us for a small instant and decided to make a bet. Erik revealed himself to me and we talked a little. He then gave me something."
Gabriel said and summoned to her hand one of her more precious belongings. It was an old-looking journal. It was her father's journal. Or at least a copy of it. She took the journal, opened it in the page that had her father's signature, and showed it to Michael, whose eyes went wide after reading it.
"I didn't tell you before because of the information that father had written here. It would be too dangerous if it, for some reason, got in the wrong hands."
The duo of brother and sister continued to talk for hours, discussing some of the things written in the journal. Michael now understood why Gabriel had such a sudden interest in bees. In the end, he agreed to her trying to make contact with Erik Ravenclaw after listing three times the safety measures that she would have to take to do that.

Grigori Headquarters, Underworld
March 3rd, 1200
–
Similar to the Angels, a group of Fallen Angels was watching the transmission coming from the Devils' part of the Underworld. They watched in silence as the fight happened, Satan Leviathan was defeated, and Erik Ravenclaw 'flipped the finger' to the Council of Elders. When the transmission finished, the talks started.
"He is dangerous."
Barakiel said.
"Ha! You are the weak one, Barakiel."
Kokabiel said trying to provoke Barakiel.
"Want to spar with this weak one after the meeting then?"
Barakiel replied while raising an eyebrow. He knew why Kokabiel was doing that and decided to humor his 'brother'.
"Sure, let's go at it!"
Kokabiel replied with a grin on his face.
"Ok, you two, that's enough."
Shemhazai said, managing to shut up both cadres.
"What should we do about him?"
Penemue was the one who asked.
"We will do nothing."
Azazel replied while in a 'thinking pose'. Some Fallen-Angels strangely looked at him.
"What do you mean nothing?"
Kokabiel asked while glaring at Azazel.
"We will do nothing because we can do nothing. You saw his fight. How much Fallens do you think he can kill before you even managed to land a blow on him?"
Azazel asked him coldly.
"Do you have the confidence to say that you can kill him in one blow? Because I don't. If he could do to us what he did to that Enforcer's team, we would be sitting pigs ready to be slaughtered."
Azazel finished saying coldly, shutting up Kokabiel. He knew that Azazel was stronger than him, so if he was saying that he couldn't do it with just seeing one of his fights, he had no chance of it either. Azazel knew that they had no chance. He knew how brash Kokabiel could be. But he knew too that a man who had kept himself neutral would not throw it away on a whim. If his hunch was right, Erik Ravenclaw would turn out to be one of the wild cards in the supernatural world. A wild card that would be very good to have as an ally or very bad to have as an enemy. And if he had to choose, he would choose the first option.

Living Quarters, Asgard
March 3rd, 1200
–
Valkyrie Gandul was running fast through the streets of the living district of Asgard. She had to arrive fast at her mother's home or she would lose the opportunity of showing Erik's fighting.
She jumped the small fence that separated a house from the streets and bolted to the house's door. Hangul arrived at it and started to knock hurriedly. It didn't take long for a frowning Gondul to open the door.
"With who is the war for you to be this affected, girl?"
Gondul asked after seeing the state that her daughter was in. Gandul didn't answer and just entered the house. Her mother closed the door behind her and followed her to the lounge area.
As she entered the lounge area of the house, Gandul started to immediately cast a spell. Soon, an oval-shaped magic screen was shown with a transmission from the Underworld being aired. On it, was Serafall Leviathan and Erik Ravenclaw staring at each other.
"Good, I made it in time!"
Gandul said and took a seat. She had indeed made it in time. Erik had just arrived at the Arena and was being 'booed' and jeered by the Devils there to watch the 'show'.
"What did you make in time?"
Gondul replied. Of course, she recognized her stranged grandson on the magical screen, but she didn't know what was happening for him to be fighting a Satan.
"Apparently, some decades ago, Serafall Leviathan announced that only someone who managed to defeat her had the right to court her. And this is exactly what Erik is doing. He issued her a challenge and this is the beginning of their fight."
Gandul replied to her mother and both stood in silence to watch the fight. And it was just in time as they watched Erik make the entire stadium shut up to his aura alone. Mother and daughter watched with attention as Erik traded blows with Satan Leviathan without any signal of weakening. They watched as they traded the last blow and Gandul cheered as Erik emerged victoriously. They watched too as the aftermatch happened with Erik trading words with his future in-laws and humiliating the Elder Council of Devils.
When the transmission finished, Gandul dispelled her magic and relaxed on her chair.
"Wow. Erik is… Strong. Very strong…"
Gandul said with some awe in her voice. Gondul just stood from her seat and exited the room with just a few words as a comment.
"Yes, he is."
Yes. Her grandson was very strong. Her stranged grandson. The words passed through her head with pain squeezing her heart. It was her fault that he didn't want to even meet her. It was totally her fault. She thought again while a lonely tear flowed from the corner of her eye.
