Chapter 83- Addie – Snow (VOLUME 3)

**ADDIE'S POV**

When we were permitted to leave the dorms the next day, it was a bit surreal. We weren't allowed to stray from the sidewalk paths, because there was nowhere else to walk. The paths were lined on either side with walls of hard packed snow that were twenty feet high.

All of the snow had been pushed back with magic and runic barriers to make it so that things were passable. If it were me, I would have just gotten rid of the snow instead. Yeah, it would have taken longer, and I get that they wanted us to be able to return to classes as soon as possible, but it would have been a lot easier in the long run.

Now, when the snow started to melt, which was likely to be later in the season when it was approaching the growing season, there would be a massive amount of water that melted and got everywhere. If there wasn't something done before then, we would be living under this snowy mess for a long time.
