A Fair Deal

"You have come the wrong way lady, leave before we change our mind." they gave her a cold look and started enjoying the drink again yet their eyes were on her.

They were known as criminals to few and dark mercenaries to others who think they have no morals. They did not understand why a mercenary should have morals in the first place. They work for money and money decides their morals. It was as simple as that.

"I have not lost my way. I am here to hire you, I have an urgent task." the head of theirs stood up and tilted his head while giving another glance to the lady.

Clad in an expensive gown, the woman was too docile for doing crimes. He shook his head.

"You are at the wrong place. Send your husband if he wants to have a deal. This is not a place for someone like you." she had never felt insulted and humiliated the way she was now.

His gaze was dirty and she felt stained just by feeling his gaze at her.
