“Cheers,” Flynn said while raising his wine glass.

Gage did the same, and they clinked their glasses together. After that, they began to eat. Throughout dinner, Flynn enjoyed himself thoroughly. He had gone out on dates before, and he had two ex-boyfriends, but he couldn’t remember ever feeling as comfortable and relaxed as he did at the moment. He slowly figured out that maybe it was because he didn’t feel any pressure around Gage. With his ex-boyfriends, he would often be completely stressed out because they had certain expectations of him. As a result, he was unable to sustain the relationships.
