What Randy had failed to realize was just how close-minded being that shut off from the rest of civilization could make people. Wolf had very clear directives on who was in and who was out, and if someone hadn’t been born and bred in Wolf, and didn’t also have a good sub-layer of blood that had alsobeen born and bred in Wolf, than that someone was most definitely not in, regardless of where their mail got delivered.
