The Jiang family

With Lin Hanjing and Yu Tong's arrival the tea ceremony began.

"Grandmother," Lin Hanjing shyly offered Grandma Yu a cup of tea while kneeling on the floor. 

"Good child, get up," Grandma Yu said to Lin Hanjing as she helped him stand up and sit next to her. She then took out a silk pouch and handed it to Shen Hanjing before saying, "I do not hope for much. I just hope that you and Ah Tong will live happily and harmoniously." 

"My second granddaughter is a bit short-tempered and has a very bad habit of jumping the fence. She also listens to the words of others and as she was crookedly by her parents, Ah Tong can be really bad sometimes." 

"But she is also kindhearted in ways and will treat you well. Of course, if she makes a mistake then you can tell your brothers or me, we will not turn a blind eye to your sufferings if Ah Tong treats you unkindly."
