Lukas saw Isabella curled up and hugged his knees. Obviously, she recalled the sad memories of the past. He comforted her softly, "I also believe that uncle couldn't have secretly modified the gas path for extra benefits."
Isabella looked up at him, "Thank you."
Lukas shook his head and smiled bitterly, "I remember when I was young, and I often saw you being bullied by your classmates. I thought you were naughty and provocative."
"But when I grew up, I found out that because that explosion covered far and wide, almost half of the street was blown up. Some of the relatives of the classmates were affected, so they transferred their hatred to you and your mother and often bullied you."
Isabella nodded, "You're right, when I was a child, the most I heard was that my dad was a murderer."
