David's injuries

David was badly injured when they brought him home, there were heavy injuries all over his body and his body was covered in blood. He was unconscious and the two people who brought David were also had light injuries all over the body.

One of them was lightly armed and another one was completely unarmed, the armed one's armor was not in good condition at all. It was nearly trashed and there were big dents on the armor.

Seeing the condition they were in right now It seemed like they fought something very strong and got injured but what was it that could injure them to the point.

They laid him down on the bed and sitting down on the chair, after taking a single breath they told Catherine to bring as soon as possible.

After hearing them she glanced at David she could tell after a single glance that if he didn't get treatment soon then he will die. She hurriedly ran to call the Galena.

Catherine quickly came back with Galena, Both of them were panting heavily it looked like Catherine brought her here without taking a rest anywhere.

when Galena saw everyone's condition inside the house she understood that they need treatment right away.

She first healed the people who brought David home because they were lightly injured but both of them refused and told her to heal David first because his injuries were life-threatening.

Galena remained silent but after their none stop requesting to heal David she finally said with a sad face. " I don't think I can save him? His injuries are too deep and I can heal only light wounds and body pain."

"He is a tough guy, nothing will happen to him, right?" One of the guys said with a smile.

"Yeah, he's very tough and strong too, you just have to use your magic and he'll recover." The other guy said that while putting his hands on Galena's shoulders.

Galena looked into the guy's eyes and smiled gently, she put her hand in his hands looks like they knew each other from before.

Catherine also came close to her and told, "I too believe in you, please save my husband." 

She couldn't refuse their request and tried to give it a shot. 

"I'll try my best but please don't expect too much. Even the holy healers who serve church need to have dragon stone to boost their energy and compares to them I'm nothing, I can only heal light injuries." She said.

She placed her hand in front of David's chest and started using her healing magic on David, but her healing magic didn't work on him at all. His condition was getting worse with every passing time, if she didn't heal him quickly then he will die for sure. 

Although, I didn't care whether he lives or die but would have made Catherine sod and I didn't know why but when I thought about her getting sad it triggered something inside me I didn't know what it was but I didn't like this feeling at all.

But I didn't know how to save him because I could not use my mana energy to boost her powers in front of this many people. I started to thought how to save him it would have been better if I could use healing magic too.

I started to keep thinking about healing magic inside my mind and when I looked at David, his injuries started to very fast and his condition started to get better.

I didn't know how I was able to use healing magic because when I tried to use magic this afternoon it didn't work but I didn't try to use magic after few tries of different types of magic so I thought that I could only use light magic that I got from Catherine.

Since I could use very useful and rare magic I had to use my magic without getting noticed by anyone because if anyone knew that a small baby like me who was just born can use magic then it'll cause a huge commotion that's why I had to hide my power until I become powerful enough.

With my magic, I healed David very quickly one no one noticed because Galena was using her magic too.

"Huh? he completely healed?" she said with a very surprised face, well it was obvious since she didn't have the chance to save him.

"Thank you, thank you very much." She started to shake her quite hard with joy while saying this

"Listen, I don't know how he got heale-?" she wanted to tell her that even she didn't know how he got healed completely.

Catherine completely ignored what she was said and thanked her continuously. After healing David. she started to heal the other two. Because she had left mana and their injuries were light so it didn't take her too long. 

Galena returned home after healing everyone. It was reluctant at first but she finally accepted that she was the one who healed David.

 She was kind-hearted because she did not turn down Catherine even after seeing David's condition and knowing if she could not save him then she had to live in guilt even if Catherine forgave her. After all, someone died in front of her and she could not do anything but nothing bad had happened.

Those two people who bring David also returned to their house after getting healed. Catherine was sitting beside David. The expression on her face had a confusing expression, she looks relieved because her husband was out of danger but she was also worried because he was still unconscious.

 He woke up After half an hour later, she couldn't hold back and jumped in his lap and started crying. She held her tears strongly until now, he tried to cheer her up but that didn't work so he decides to leave her for a while.

Seeing the food was placed on the table untouched, he understood that she also didn't touch the food so he wiped her tears and carried her like Princess and put her on a chair and reheated the food and fed her with his own hands. After finishing the dinner she finally asked David.
