Dryads

Rai's POV

After our heart-warming talk, I quickly went to the human world. The dryads were missing, and the balance of the forest was at stake. I forgot to teleport and walked towards the count's mansion. But I also forgot that knights were patrolling the gates.

"*Breathes in* You can do this." I slowly approach the gate.

"You there!" They came closer and looked at me fiercely. And what's worse, I looked like a creepy old man lurking outside their home.

"What do you want?"

"Uh... I seek an audience with Count Lysanthir. It is a matter of great urgency." I nervously answered, but the guards exchanged glances before one of them nodded and hurried off inside. I waited for about an hour and I still didn't get a response. The other guard, who was with me a while ago, didn't even come back. "*Sigh* I have no choice." I used teleportation.

"Goodness me!" Killian was surprised by my sudden appearance. "I greet the Lord."
