Pavlo immediately asked one of the receptionists to ask about the existence of a particular room that Mr. M had reserved.

"Excuse me. Do you know where this lounge is?" asked Pavlo politely as he showed him the screen of his cell phone.

The receptionist Pavlo spoke to was silent and did not budge. The woman who was the receptionist continued to stare at Pavlo and smiled at him as well.

Pavlo was then confused about what made the receptionist not answer his question and instead stared at him. "Excuse me?" asked Pavlo again. However, there was still no answer from the receptionist.

Biserka, who saw this, became furious with the receptionist. She also quickly woke the receptionist from her daydream.
