With the power of the majority of the Hunters organization on their side, implementing something for the Hunters wasn't a big deal and it wasn't a problem.

With Lin alone, they have the control over the organization.

"So, you want all the Hunters to report to the guards every day?" Lin asked. "Isn't that too much?"

"From the missing reports so far, and through this, we can track how powerful is the enemy," Allen said. "We can just multiply their current power to five, and then we'll meet an estimate."

"I have no problems with that," Genesis said. "In fact, it is a good idea. The only problem we have here is if we can counter their power with our own."

"We can't let all of the Hunters in this," Sun said. "Especially the Haven Hunters. They'll be nothing but feeds to the people of Roger Huntsman."
