Welcome to Vicinus

"Oh! I almost forgot!" Dawn informed Marcus, "Being as you discovered that planet we had snuck away and were vacationing on before we knew about it, Holly and Rachel tell us that traditionally the naming rights to the planet would go to you. So what would you like for us to call it?"

Marcus stuttered and stammered for a minute before Dawn interjected, "Can you come up with a better name? Because a planet named Uh-umm might be short, sweet, and easy to remember but I doubt it would be a very useful name." When Marcus then sheepishly blushed, Dawn chuckled and added, "Either way, let's me get straight to the point, your planet has been found and we would like a name for it before we announce it to the colonists as their new home and show it off."

Marcus took a deep breath, looked deep in thought for a minute and then supplied, "A fitting name would be Vicinus."

Confused, Dawn asked, "What would make that a fitting name? It sounds like gobbledygook to me."
