Deep within the city 0025 was the command center, constructed below the evacuation bunker. It was a place where the head of the command structure dwelled. Those within the command center were the important figures, generals, and most importantly, the City Chief. It had rather been a while since they entered the command center, and the entire evacuation was going well until they heard unfortunate news.
