Victor had nothing to reply with, but Celina wasn't in the slightest bit disconcerted by his silence. He expected her to leave, but she stayed and continued to chatter. Victor couldn't even tell if there was some hidden reason for it—everything Celina thought instantly appeared on her tongue.

She waved her hand in the air, gathering vapour from the atmosphere to refill Victor's empty glass. "Drink, drink more if you need to. One thing we have no shortage of is water!" Celina chuckled. "You know, before we met you, Mister Kraust, I thought espers are just an urban legend, or charlatans. You know, like magicians, except magicians are honest that their tricks are just tricks."

"So did I, Miss Rojek." Victor grabbed the refilled glass and continued to quench his ravaging thirst.

Celina waved her hand at him with a smile. "Oh, just call me Celina, Mister Kraust. It's long overdue. Who there to be formal for, really? But, can I still call you Master Kraust?"
