Chapter 2.5 - EMERGENCY

JUNGKOOK POINT OF VIEW:

Taehyung has been on the call silent for two minutes now...

As I'm speeding past cars, traffic lights, and pedestrians-all I can think about is if he's alright, we haven't known each other that long or well but when I met him yesterday he became a special person to me, I don't know why but I will find out...

A SHORT WHILE LATER:

As soon as I arrive in front of the hotel I spring out my car, run to our room, open the door, and what I see next completely shocks...

It's Taehyung on the bed unconscious-covered in bruises and blood...

"TAE, WAKE UP, IM HERE" I scream-as I run towards him, but he doesn't respond he just lays there...

Without thinking twice I pick him up, run to my car, and put him in the back seat...

FIVE MINUTE LATER:

We arrive at the entrance of the emergency room, I quickly get out of the car, pick up taehyung, and I run with him into the emergency room...

"PLEASE!! HELP!!" I shouted gaining all the busy doctors, nurses, and patients' attention.

The doctors rush towards me-while shouting orders at the other employees, "put him on here" he says as he pushes a stretcher towards me...

"O-okay" I replied with a shaky voice

I slowly and carefully put taehyung down on the stretcher and almost immediately the doctor starts to observe his wounds "What happened" she asks

"I-I don't know, I just came back, and saw him like this," I said-while wondering how he could get so injured...

"HURRY AND BRING HIM TO THE OPERATING ROOM"

They quickly pulled him away, while I just stand shocked, sad, and confused.

THREE HOURS LATER:

I've been sitting in the waiting room for three hours now and all I can think about is how I left him alone yesterday, I knew she was lying but I still wanted to believe her, so I left him alone and I regretted every second of it...

I just wish I could tell him that and let him know that I will stay by his side, and make sure nothing bad ever happens to him.

"Parents and Patients of Kim Taehyung"

I look up to see the doctor from earlier-standing at the waiting room's entrance. I spring out of my seat immediately and scurry towards him...

"I-is he o-okay," I said with a raspy voice

"Thankfully you brought him here just in time, his abdomen was injured-which caused him to have internal bleeding, but now he's stable"

"C-can I see him?"

"It's going to take a while to get him settled in, we'll send someone to get you when we're done"

"O-okay"

THIRTY MINUTES LATER:

A nurse walks into the waiting room "Jeon Jung-kook?"

"I'm here," I said while standing up

"Kim Taehyung is ready for visitors, if you may, please follow me"

I walk behind her until she stops in front of a room...

"This is it"

"O-okay"

I walk into the room and what I saw made me cry even more tears...
