"Well nice of you to finally grace us with your presence Miss Walker " I asked with all the anger I could muster .

"I'm very very sorry sir , I had to collect some of our consignment for the occasion from the sellers and I had some emergencies as well" She stated while looking at her feet as if they had become the most interesting things in the world all of a sudden .

"It won't happen again sir " She quickly added .

I still refused to let her off the hook so easily that is after I had made everyone suspicious with my grinchy smile to her , at least that's what I thought I looked like when I smiled .

"And that is my problem how ?" I continued with my anger banger which was for both our goods and will save us from office gossip.

"I'm sorry sir it wasn't my fault" I could see tears glisten in her eyes and I noticed her use all her strength and willpower to prevent them from falling .
