Going out with the kids

I quickly changed my dress and ran towards the hall. I didn't want to disappoint the kids after they waited for me this long.

"I'm here!" I waved my hand as the two of the most adorable beings on this planet ran towards me.

"Big sis!" They simultaneously shouted as they hugged me tight. It was all blissful. 

I mean, the way Ao changed from extremely intelligent and understanding to this adorable creation was just something unexpected but welcome nonetheless.

"I hope you recovered from whatever you were going through in your room." Dad gave a concerned look towards me as he said that.

"Yea, I'm feeling great. No kidding. I really feel freed." I looked towards Ao as he flashed a knowing smile towards me. I simply couldn't help but pat his head at that.

"Oh, great. You sure you can go out though? I mean, we could do this some other day." It was Sui Jiang who suggested this to me.
