Rose and Christian head to the restaurant to have lunch. Upon arriving at the eatery, Rose finds out something shocking.

"I guess it's just time to tell you," Chris said.

My ears perked up at his statement.

"Tell me what?" I asked with a frown.

"Rose, I don't know how to say this but..." He trailed off and looked down.

His face was deadly serious.

What was he about to say,?

What was going on?

"But what? Tell me! Speak!" I demanded.

"Lucy is the one I'm engaged to," he said with a grim look.

I stared at him with widened eyes and before you knew it, I choked on my spit.

"What?!" I coughed.

"We got engaged three years, I couldn't tell you because I was scared I would lose you," he said.
