Timothy and Gustav melted through the ice in front of them, and slowly created a tunnel for the sake of getting to the dragon eggs. They were sure to be as careful as they could, because even though the ice around them was as solid as it could be, too much pressure could certainly cause problems!

At the very least, they could crush the eggs below them if they weren't careful enough, and it would only take a small icy collapse in order for that to happen. Just like that, two days of work would end up getting splattered, and sprinkled across the cold sea below them!

At worst, the ice could crush the team instead, and injuries like that would be difficult to recover from, as the shere blunt force that could be inflicted by a collapse would kill them before they could even get a chance to heal themselves! They couldn't afford to play around, not this time.

“We should be halfway there,” Tim pointed out.
