Earth Rock and Vibrating Gold were rivals. They were Dictators who had simultaneously discovered the Class 6 subterranean dimensional rift and sent the Apostles and believers under them into the main world. However, they did not inform any other Dictators about this situation.

Since the subterranean world was split into four major mine districts, these two Dictators had to be the subordinates of a Turning Wheel Realm Dictator.

One did not have to think hard to understand what thoughts these two Dictators were harboring by not reporting this situation to the Turning Wheel Realm Dictator they were loyal to. Both of them were greedy and wanted to take possession of the main world for themselves.

They wanted to do so despite knowing that Eternal experts existed in the main world. This proved just how greedy Earth Rock and Vibrating Gold were.
