"No." A voice as cold as mountain ice sounded from the doorway. A shorter male with pitch-black eyes stared down at Zane as he carried a basket of food, "He is asking why you, father should look after him, when you have so much better things to do. Isn't that right, big brother?"

He walked in and placed the basket on the table before he started to check the IV fluid.

Andre was shocked and he looked at Zane, "Is what he is saying true?"

Zane bit his lower lip and in his mind, he sent the strongest glare possible to Xavier. If he was not grogged up by all the drugs he had been given he might have found an excuse to give or a joke to cut it off. But his mind was coming on empty.

That was exactly how he felt, "I know that Father is busy with running the clan and everything."
