Escape-Part 1

Veronica's POV

"Open up"! I heard on the door. I saw relief spread on Timothy's face and that's when I realised who was at the door. With the way he was prepared with Momo I wasn't surprised at all that he called the police ahead of this.

I smirked as I realised how focused he was on holding me down which allowed me to use one hand for resisting the force, which was just for the show and my other hand was used for taking out a tiny syringe with a little bit of drug that can make anyone pass out in a brink of a moment. He might have not noticed it when I pierced his skin with the needle as I didn't see him flinch or anything. The drug however took its effect within a few seconds.

As he fainted on top of me, I pushed him out of my way and tried to prepare for my escape. I heard loud knocks and a possible threat of breaking down the door as well.
