This Hero and The Meeting!

The warm interior of the adventurers guild stood before me as I sat in a chair next to Erana while we waited for Tael. A few adventurers had already met up and went out to go on monster slaying duties today, but most are spending their time indoors enjoying breakfast or preparing for the day.

Yimmie approached us as we waited.

"What's going on today, Kenji-san?" She leaned on the table as she looked at me. I continued to stare at the hallway where Tael would come from as I rested my head on my hand.

"Tael should be here soon…" I muttered.

Yimmie stepped back in surprise. "Tael? Seriously?"

Erana nodded happily in confirmation. Yimmie simply stared at the hallway for a moment before she looked back at us.

"You seriously think he's gonna come?"

"Of course I do." I answered. "Tael may be a lot of things, but he's always been there when we need him."
