Chapter 32: Speeding up of Plans

Alexander didn't right away send the werewolves away. He first needed bases in the foreign countries. He sent Carter and his men to different foreign countries from the non magical world. Carter and his men had already created false identities for all of them including Alexander. When they bought the deeds for the properties. Alexander signed them and claimed them as a part of his kingdom.

Now, Alexander had pockets of land in whole Europe and Africa. Alexander had not sent his men to America as M.A.C.U.S.A is very strict bordering on xenophobia towards foreign magicals and they have good enough relationship with the non magicals to be able to track the foreign first generation wizards coming from the non magical side. All this was told to Alexander by his new Magi subjects. Alexander now only needed big enough land and he had enough magical population to form a separate magical country.

Alexander's plan was to use the properties acquired by them to as gathering point for the werewolves and then transfer them to the mansion in England for being cured and recruited as new subjects. Alexander had ordered his men to scout the condition of muggleborns in the foreign country. As the contract automatically makes them his subjects, he did not need a gathering point for the muggleborns.

Alexander brought 1,000 military instructors from his kingdom and gave them magic. Their job would be to train the Magi and remaining werewolves on how to properly fight. They were given 2 weeks time to get acquainted with the way magicals fight. Alexander also ordered his scientists to figure out a way to help the Magi and werewolves to recover the damage they have caused to their magical strength by using wands. Alexander hoped that all his new subjects would be able to perform magic without wand in 6 months because Alexander would be officially launching his invasion in 6 months.

Alexander had theorised that he would reach the peak of crystal stage in 6 months as there was a vast difference between the amount of magic needed to reach the peak of solid state and crystal state. In one week, Alexander was going to reach the peak of solid state. Alexander didn't know how much time it would take to condense his core in a crystal.

Alexander also wanted to know the population of first generation Magi present in the European and African countries. Alexander after subduing majority of first gen Magi in Europe, wanted to send his spies to the east. When Alexander was probing this world, several figures in the east had sensed him. At that time he was a star level-3 being but now he was a star level-9 being so Alexander was no longer afraid of them. Despite of this, Alexander didn't want to take any chances. Alexander had ordered his men to buy large quantities of dragon's blood as he wanted to advance his bloodline. Alexander had only became a star level-9 warrior due to his bloodline, in order to advance to moon-class warrior, Alexander had to completely change into dragon otherwise it would take a long time to advance.

Alexander ordered the elves to inflitrate other branches of Gringrots and make the elves there submit to him. There was only one branch of Gringrots in each country so the operation was carried out simultaneously in multiple countries. Alexander came to know that the internal layout of each Gringrots branch is different as each branch is managed by a different clan of goblins who report to the goblin council. The goblin council is made up of ten most senior goblins. Also, there was a internal ranking of the branches and each branch was awarded resources at the end of the year. The British branch was at the last place and the Egyptian branch at the first place. Also, higher ranked branches had the habit of oblivating their elves periodically and shifting them to new sections of the bank. Alexander quickly ordered his elves to come back and began thinking of his next step regarding the goblins. The goblins are proving to be much more interesting opponents then the magicals. Alexander was now rethinking on his plan to exterminate the whole goblin race as they could prove to be highly beneficial to his kingdom.

Alexander ordered his men to buy one house elf from each targeted branch of Gringrots. Goblins had the elves oblivated but that didn't remove the memories from one's mind. Oblivate puts a block on a particular memory but Alexander can easily remove the blocks. Alexander made the elves submit to him then removed their blocks and curses. Alexander with the help of the elves now had nearly complete map of all the targeted branches. All the Gringrots branches had a contract room for elves as elves are owned collectively by the clan managing the branch. There were a total 15 million elves under the various branches.

Now, Alexander was curious about this. Alexander peered into the past and saw that the elves were a race of magical beings that liked to live in the forests and tend to them. All the elves had submitted to a single being who was the first elf to be born. His descendents governed the elves. The goblins had tricked the governing body of the elves and obtained a drop of blood from them. They then killed off all the royal elves and enslaved the entire race. Alexander had thought of sparing the goblins but now he was going to exterminate them all. Alexander had decided his invasion will start with the extermination of goblin race. The reason Alexander was so furious was not because the elf race was enslaved but the atrocities committed by the goblins on the elves. Alexander ordered his elves to quickly free all the elves while he claimed the contract rooms. Alexander estimated that there should be about 30 to 35 million elves worldwide.

Alexander sped up his plans.The reason was that Alexander did not know what secrets this world was hiding. Alexander had only watched the progress of magic and key points of the history of the world. At first, Alexander wanted to first identify all the muggleborns and werewolves but now he was going to send contracts as soon as he finds a muggleborn and the matter of werewolves was now at hold as there were only 400,000 of them in all Europe. But Alexander didn't call back the envoys but send them to meet other werewolves packs around the world. The werewolves were told that such a large ritual requires quite a lot preparations and they will be informed when the preparations are complete.

After a week, Alexander now had 300,000 new muggleborns as his subjects. The total muggleborn population of Europe was 6 million with 1.2 million other magicals, Britain had the least magicals in all the world but the amount of powerful magicals made up for this. The reason so many muggleborns submitted to Alexander was because of the efforts of the elves. Alexander had shared the deeds of the goblins with the elves, the amount of blood lust radiated by the elves made Carter and his men faint. Alexander barely managed to remain awake. The elves were all ready to capture all the muggleborns so that the invasion can start and the goblins could be killed by them. Alexander had stopped the elves and told them to focus their efforts on freeing their fellow elves. When all the elves in the world are free then they will eradicate the goblin race. The British goblin clan captured homeless muggles to turn them into elves as they were last in the rank so they invented this method to gain elves. Alexander at that time, had not deeply investigated this.

Alexander had reached the peak of the solid stage. It took him one month to successfully form his crystal core. Alexander had also performed the straining exercise and ritual to increase magic, now his total magical capacity was 180,000 MP. During that month, the elves had without alerting the goblins had freed 12 million elves from the targeted branches. Alexander now had 3 million muggleborns as his subjects. Alexander now only had to gather a few more subjects before he could start his invasion.
