After a long silence, the one who broke it was their father.

Lu Changqing turned around. "Return back to your quarters."

His father walked away again while Lu Wan stayed in his place. He only lifted his head after his father was already far enough. Passing a glance towards his older brother, he headed back to his own quarters. The place was well maintained by the servants, so he didn't bother trying to make inquiries as he returned back to his room.

Lu Su sighed at his brother's attitude, but he didn't say anything unnecessary. It was as if there were no words to describe the current situation at all.

The servants were looking at one another. "Do you think Master will punish Young Master Lu Wan?"

"Why would he punish him?"
