Chapter 2. Enticing

WHILE the people inside the courtroom were busy dawdling, Atty. Hipolito turned to the crowd. Namayani ang ingay, lalo na ang mga media na nagsilabasan na habang may kausap sa kani-kanilang cellphone. Nasisiguro niyang nire-report na ng mga ito sa mga kasamahan sa trabaho ang mga pangyayari sa loob ng korte at sa kaso mismo.

While everyone was occupied, a flashy-dressed young lady caught his attention. She was just sitting as she stared at him with full admiration in her eyes. He scowled, and yet, he couldn't take off his eyes on the latter's beautiful and enticing face. She looked so innocent, too. And there's something in her eyes that's making him want to stare at her for more seconds.

Napalunok siya nang ngitian siya ng babae. Damn, so alluring.

"Good job, Attorney, " she mouthed.

Kilala ko ba siya?

Iniisip pa niya kung saan niya maaaring nakita ang babae pero hindi talaga niya maalala. Nakapagtataka dahil kung nakita na niya noon ang babaeng iyon ay paniguradong hindi niya kaagad makakalimutan. She's so beautiful—like an art—and she just stood out in the crowd just by doing nothing. She was like a goddess who's undeniably enchanting him.

She was still smiling genuinely at him when he found himself smiling back at her. Her cheeks blushed and he suddenly adored her flustered face. Pero nang kagat-kagatin nito ang pang-ibabang labi ito ay tumabingi ang ngiti niya. Why would she do that in front of him? Was she seducing him? Napailing tuloy siya. Mukhang sinadya nito na akitin siya.

Pagkuwa'y nagkukumahog na tumayo ito at natulala na lamang siya sa pag-alis nito roon dahil ang akala niya ay lalapitan siya nito saka lalandiin pa.

No, she's not seducing me. She's still flustered, Aniya sa isipan at napangiti nang maalala kung paano itong namula kanina. He could not stop smiling because he's kind of glad that she didn't allure him on purpose. At hindi niya maintindihan ang sarili kung bakit. He wasn't the type of a person who would easily smile at some random stranger...

"Are you smiling?" puna sa kanya ni Candace.

His lips automatically formed into a grim line and clenched his jaw as he stared to the spoiled brat Candace Ferrer. Nagagalit pa rin siya sa huli.

"You were smiling, 'eh! Are you that happy I am innocent? I'll buy you a new car!"

"I'll go now." Iyon lang at iniwan niya ito. Dumiretso siya sa CR. Bahala na ang mga kasama niyang humarap sa media at iyon naman ang napag-usapan nila kanina.

There were two men in the comfort room when he went in and the buffed man went out first, followed by the other one who's a bit skinny.

While washing his hands, he noticed he wasn't alone in the restroom so he alerted himself and tried to open each and every doors of the cubicles. He was on the second to the last when he's suddenly pushed inside the cubicle.

"What the fuck, Candace, why are you here?!" Hindi pa dapat ito umalis dahil may mga proseso pa.

"I excused myself and I told them I want to pee."

"Go to the ladies—"

"Why are you being so cold to me again? Didn't you miss me?"

Tumiim ang bagang niya. Fuck, he did. Of course, he missed her. Pero pagkauwi nito galing bakasyon ay problema na kaagad ang kinaharap nito.

"Is it because I was filmed with Gov. inside that hotel suite? I swear, I don't remember every single thing. I don't even remember how did his cum taste inside my mou—"

"Fuck you, Candace!" puno ng hinanakit at galit na mura niya rito.

"Yes, fuck me if that's how can I make it up with you!"

He stared at him coldly and when she tried reaching for his pants, he clenched his jaw.

"I'll give you a head, too! If you want, you can film as well—"

Kinalabog niya ang pader at isinandal ito roon. "Why are you being rebellious again, Ace?"

Kaagad na nangilid ang luha sa mga mata nito. "W-what did you just call me?"

He closed his eyes and sighed harshly. When he opened them, he's already showing his affection towards her.

"H-hindi ka na galit?"

He only claimed her mouth and didn't answer. Damn, this was Candace who's in front of him. It's the woman in his dreams regardless of how many times did she already shatter his fantasies about her. He needn't care about those anymore because in the end, she'd still be the same teenage girl he fell in love with. She'd still be his Ace.

He immediately ended their kiss before he could lose his control and bang her inside the cubicle.

"Not here. Tonight.... In your bedroom..." anas niya habang inaayos ang nagusot nitong damit. "Let's go back." Tinutukoy niya na sasamahan na niya ito hanggang sa pag-uwi.

Namumungay ang mata at bahagyang nakaawang ang bibig nang tumango ito.

Kasabay nang pagbukas ng pinto ay bumukas ang sa dulo, na kaagad ding sumara nang mapansing lumabas sila ni Candace. Kaya pinauna niya ang huli at sinabing susunod kaagad siya.

May isang lalaking pumasok nang papalabas na si Candace at nagulat pa ito nang mapansin ang babaeng lumabas sa C.R. ng mga panlalaki. Siya'y nagpanggap na gagamit ng cubicle at binuksan niya ang pinto sa dulo ng mga cubicle.

Bingo. It wasn't locked because the person was just holding the handle while eavesdropping. Mukhang kumukuha lang ng tyempo upang makalabas.

He had to make sure that that person didn't do something funny while he and Candace were inside the cubicle. And he's being sarcastic when he thought about something funny—because he meant about the possibility of another scandal for the daughter of the respective Councillor.
