Harry Potter is sitting cross legged on his bed in the Hufflepuff dormitories. He already put on the curtain in his bed and some privacy spell. Harry close his eyes and concentrated on clearing his mind.
His mind set is blank for a moment. Then, it's slowly turn into a corridor, filled with doors in the wall of it. The doors is of different type, colour and handle. Harry glance around the doors before pick the one with black paint and ancient looking handle. He pick it open.
It is open to a an antique looking study room with burning fireplace. It's wall is lined with shelf, filled with books. A man is sitting behind the desk in the centre of the room. Voldemort look up from his place in the chair behind the desk that's filled with parchment. He has some of the parchment in his hand and in the middle of reading it, when Harry open the door. Harry kick the door closed.
"Potter." Voldemort put down the parchment in his hand. "Pleasure to see you."
"Yeah, sorry about this." Harry grimace. "Iris told me to look for you so that we can coordinate and I can't leave Hogwarts at the moment, so, I seek you here."
"Where is here?" Voldemort wave his hands and lean back in his chair. His eyes never leaving Harry.
"It is our mind, I guess." Harry said.
Voldemort raised one eyebrow at that, "What are you talking about?"
"Well, did you know that our mind is connected?" Harry ask back.
"Excuse me?" Voldemort actually rise from his chair, " Can you elaborate more?"
Harry take a deep breath, a chair popped up next to him from thin air. Voldemort eyed the chair. Harry sit on the chair, then went to explain, "When you try to kill baby me, you give me this connection. I can see you in your mind, and you can see mine. Now, we're in your mind?" He's not very sure about it, "Basically, I just try to open the door that connect our mind in my mind, so that I can talk to you."
Voldemort snort at Harry's explanation, "I bet your little Swan can explain it more better than you do."
"She's not little." Harry cringe.
Voldemort move back to his chair. The desk went missing and they move closer to the fireplace, "What did you want to coordinate about?"
"The proposal that we talk about last time, have you considered it?" Harry ask plainly.
"I do, actually." Voldemort said. He grab some parchment from thin air. Harry raise one eyebrow at that act, is Voldemort copying him from earlier?
"What about it?" Harry ask again, that man did not stated clearly what he's referring to.
"In term of this new identity." Voldemort give Harry the parchment in his hand, "I will handle my own background."
"Okay." Harry nodded. He read through the parchment in his hand, and found it acceptable.
"Tell me something, Potter." Voldemort said, Harry look up from his reading and look at Voldemort, waiting for his next words, "What do you want to achieve from this?" Voldemort ask.
"This?" Harry ask, unsure of where Voldemort question is lead, "Isn't it's all for the better Wizarding World?"
"From what you tell me before, Muggles will destroy us eventually." Voldemort stated.
Harry nodded slowly, "So?"
"So?" Voldemort ask again, "Why not just wipe them off?"
Harry gape at Voldemort.
"It is can be considered as preventing a war." Voldemort said, "It is more easy solution than doing it your way."
Harry sigh. That man is The Dark Lord, alright. Killing is an easier way out for him. "Not every Muggle is bad," Harry said, "Just like not every Wizard is good. For where there is good, there will be bad involved. This is the best way, at this moment."
Voldemort is silent at the end. Harry turn to take a look at him, Voldemort is contemplating.
"Did you want to take your Death Eaters in this?" Harry ask.
Voldemort hesitated for a moment, "Some of it."
Harry nodded, he has a hunch of it, "Just, make sure that they can be trusted."
"I'm not an amateur, Potter."
"See you later, then." Harry rise from his chair and went to the only door in the room. He turn back to see Voldemort watching him.
"Did you want a good night kiss or something?" Voldemort ask with straight face.
Harry run back out of the room in fright.
Voldemort smile back at the study room, "It is time."
