Love

His lips locked in placed Ra had no choice but to breathe in Basts scent as he carried her, he could end this at any moment but he had no desire to put her down.

As he walked he felt the stares coming from his surroundings, each one like hot daggers boring into his body, he felt each stare vividly but he didn't care, all he knew was that the longer they embraced the less he thought, all that he was had been absorbed into the single entity that was their bodies, in this moment they had become one.

Like timeless stars beneath the open sky, he was only aware of the steady beating within their chests, her breasts pressed tightly againt his body, soon he was no longer able to distinguish her heartbeat from his own, as they matched so perfectly it almost ceased to exist, Ra felt his mind go blank, there was nothing else but this one kiss, it was all he lived for, all he wanted, and just like that- it ended.

Bast pulled away breathless, slowly opening her eyes to gaze at Ra's flushed and dazed expression, and her smile spread across her face in a way that seemed as if it would illuminate the dark and chase away shadows, she laid her head against his shoulder and exhaled a heavy breath, her heartbeat steadying as she relaxed into the bearhug he had her in, she knew from this moment forth, he would never let her go again.

Ra's head was still spinning.

"Is this--- love?" emotions he had been unaware of had left him in turmoil, countless feelings suddenly stirring him into a frenzy but all of this was happening invisibly, behind the mask of confusion he wore upon his face.

"Bast?"

She remained silent.

"Bast, I feel..."

"What do you feel?"

"I feel weird" he admitted

Her face reddened slightly

"Is that a good thing or a bad thing?"

"I guess you could call it good weird, but...agh! I'm so confused!"

He said even as he held her tighter. Scared that if he loosened his hold on her even a little she might disappear, at this point Ra was hopelessly addicted to the drug that was Bast, and he didn't want to be cured.

Behind them stood Jace and Hannah, who quite understandably were frozen on the spot, there had been no warning before they saw the scene of Ra and Bast slowly rotating on the spot kissing in a heated state of passion.

The scene had left them sweaty and breathless, Thoughts raced through their minds but none of them helped, in this first battle they knew they had completely and utterly lost, and there would be no second.

Dejected, they continued to follow as Ra resumed walking towards the Tailors with a much more confident gait and a spring in his step, and Jace amd Hannah felt despair, they wanted to cry but there were no tears.

After exiting the Plaza and putting the stares of the crowd far behind them, Bast who had quietly begun to nap in Ra's arms was gently shaken awake by him, Ra's touch had become much more gentle and passionate, his expression a little more serious and his eyes filled with a deep unexplained light that could only be attributed to the gaze he viewed her with.

"we're here" he said softly

"Can i put you down?" he asked with unwillingness filling his tone

She nodded, and gracefully unwound her legs from around his waist as he lowered her to the floor.

Hannah snorted loudly, catching the other three off guard, before quickly catching herself.

"Excuse me" she said, pretending to have sneezed.

slightly taken aback but otherwise unaware of the obvious lie, Ra nodded as they entered through the doors leading to the tailors workshop.

Ra was immensely satisfied and resisting an urge to skip up the desk.

Quickly grabbing the attention of one of the tailors, they spoke briefly until Ra was led to the back to be measured.

Bast, Hannah, and Jace repeated this, speaking to the tailors and being led to the back for measurements.

The colors of the uniforms were of course subsequent to the corresponding year.

So naturally year 1's class uniforms were green and black, the only modifications allowed to be made to the uniforms were done by the tailors and wete naturally in the form of abilities.

The tailor explained to them that three abilities could be chosen and only one of each.

Tier 1 ability- no cooldown.

weak energy pulse, rapid movement, attractive force, and various other low level abilities

Tier 2 ability- 1 day cooldown.

Temporary Flight, 10 meter Teleport, Healing, as well as other mid tier abilities.

Tier 3 ability- 7 day cooldown.

Soul search, mind control, freeze time, increase gravity, obliterate, and many more vastly powerful high tier abilities.

Ra's uniform had a tier 1 vanish ability a tier 2 destruction ability and a tier 3 obliterate ability, he felt these suited him best.

After thanking the tailor he exited from the tailors workshop, since the others hadn't finished he let his mind drift while he waited, and his mind did indeed drift-- back to Bast and her soul wrenching kiss...

and he laid there, heart pounding, in a daze, falling deeper and deeper into the emotional sea of feelings that currently raised waves inside his heart, so deep was it he was prepared to drown and allow the current to drag him far away towards the center of the ocean, and as he prepared to release his hold on the world and drift away a familiar scent filled his nostrils, and he opened his eyes to the cute smiling face of Bast, she sat balanced perfectly atop his abdominal muscles in her unimaginably sexy new uniform, it was both green and black, the top was a patterned jacket with checkered squares, a jet black shirt exposing her belly beneath it, and a matching checkered skirt that did not come close to reaching her knees offset the ensemble perfectly, her onyx black hair was pulled back in a ponytail and it rested over her shoulder, the bottom softly tickling Ra's stomache as he gazed deep into her eyes wanting to devour her lips again but them Hannah and Jace came out soon after and saw them in that compromising position, Jace took his leave first explaining that he still had things to do and needed to visit the dorm, and Hannah left soon after promising to meet up Saturday if no one had anything else to do, leaving Ra and Bast alone.

"We should..." Ra started to say

"Get up? agreed" said Bast breathlessly

hopping up quickly and adjusting her clothes.

Ra felt a sudden feeling of emptiness but he didnt mention it, choosing to instead wrap her beneath an arm and walk aimlessly in the general direction of the cafeteria.
