Team building Part 1.

"This team building games is supposed to be not only educational, but also enjoyable. To help the team learn about each other — how each person thinks, works, solves problems, and has fun."

"Alright this is the rules of our first game. The game is called "Winner/Loser." You will do it with a parner, but since you are seven we will make it like this. One will be partnered to me"

It will be a little uncomfortable.. we just met.

"This is the rules: Partner A shares something negative that happened in their life with Partner B. It can be a personal or work-related memory, but it has to be true. Then Partner A discusses the same experience again, but focuses only on the positive aspects. Partner B helps explore the silver lining of the bad experience. Afterward, switch roles."

 Participants discover how to reframe negative situations into learning experiences together.

I open my paper...

"Yoo." I signed.. I dont want it to be manager.. Its better..

This is how we ended up.

JK is with Joon. JM is with Jay and Hyun is partnered with manager.

We sat on the grass to be more comfortable.

"You go first." I said..

"I hate this kind of things." He mess up his hair because of prostration.

"Well, I dont want to do pushups this time."

Push up will be the punishment of those who will not follow the rules this time.

"My family really dont like me to pursue music. They say that theres no future with it. I decided to leave our house for this. Well, they really dont support anything of it. I live using the money that I earn for making music. At first I really dont get much. Sometimes they give me prices that's not even worth my songs but still I need to sell it, if I want to have money to spend. I want to prove them that they are wrong. I will never stop until I reach my destination. Then I got casted for Jinhit, asking me to be their trainee. Things started to be a little better that time."

What should I say?

"Hmm.. I think now I know why you work that hard. Your family's disapproval, Its been your motivation. I'm really proud of having a friend who knows what he loves. We never know what will happen if we made different decision.. It might be hard at first, but look at you now, you are brave and stronger to face more challenges."

"I'm not used of you being serious." He laugh.

I wish I would know my other members story too.

After we made the sharing of our experiences.

We decided to share it in the group.

Joon is been years training and this is not the first lineup of the group.

Jay is a street dancer before he auditioned to be a trainee and passed. He's family is supportive about what he likes but for some reasons getting debut in a group is not that easy for him.

JM, given up being a national representative in modern dance for his dream to be an Idol.

JK, left her home town in a very young age to be a singer that will warm the heart of those people who will listen. He said that he has a lot of dreams. He got confuse a lot. I never expected that Joon is one of the reason why he entered the company and decoded to be a n Idol. He got casted a lot but chose us.

We never know the future but we should always have faith that God has His plans. We have our own beautiful destiny.
