First Dance Practice

Jay started to jog in place.

I coppied him. He is a proven dancer.

"Try warming up your muscles before dancing, followed by recovery stretches once you have finished."

Our Manager walk out of the room and motioned Jay continue the training.

Jay continue to jog in place. I'm out of breath already. I look at my back to see Joon and Yoo having hard time keeping up with Jay too.

Jay Lift one of his knee, I almost lost my balance. then the other. He Increase the speed.

"We need to elevate our heart rate."

Jay lifted his knees higher to increase the stretch.

"I feel like.. throwing up." Yoo said as he continue.

"keep your landing soft to avoid knee injuries."

Jay said pointing at Joon.

Yoo is still acting cool even he is out of breath.

"I dont, Its just hard to control my body sometimes." He still smiled. He is kind. If I were him, I'll smack Yoo if I just met him.

Just like Joon, I feel the same. My body feels heavy now.

Jay stopped.

We are all loosing our breathing.

"Okay, now swing your arms in circle. Extend both our arms out to the side. Slowly move both arms in a forward circular motion. Thats right. lets continue." Jay keep leading us.

"Start by making small circles." he added.

after few turns Jay stopped again.

"Now standing spinal twist. From a standing position, plant your feet shoulder width apart and relax your arms at your sides. Rotate your upper body to the left. This should include your head, neck, shoulders and spine. Keep your hips facing squarely forward and don't allow them to move. Swing your arms sideways across your body as you twist above your torso. Slowly, Dont rush. Joon. Twist back past center and on the right side."

As we continue I feel like my body is being lighter and lighter. Jay continued to lead us to do basic. We did knee bend and dynamic streching, side streching, abductor strech and the hardest is the butterfly position that almost got me killed. No joke.

I will surely wear baggy short next dance practice..

We started to do basic dance step just like before. Jay is a good teacher. He show and explain everything one by one.

I feel like I will be a dance genius in no time.

"Seriously, You both are on the same level."

I look at Yoo. He is pointing at Joon.

"No way."

Honestly I admire his rapping but his dance?.. wait did Yoo just said that we got the same level?

Do I dance like Joon?

"Yes, So you two should try practicing more."

Yoo is just too strait forward, but I see that he dont intend to just offend me.
