Farewell

The next day, after they had their lunch, Alice was packing her stuffs in her bedroom. They would go back to S city im the evening.

Her father knock the door "Xinxin, Can daddy and mummy come ?"

Alice nodded.

He came to the room with his wife

"Mummy tell them to pack all the clothes and send them to your home in S city" Madam NG smiled.

"you don't need to do that, I have enough clothes at home".

Chairman NG took Alice hand and let her sit between him and His wife. He caressed her head "Xinxin, Daddy and mummy know that you still can not fully accept us. We don't blame you at all. It was all our fault to make you suffer for long time. I understand that it is not easy for you to forget everything and you need a long time to accept us. Xinxin, daddy and mummy will patiently wait for you. We just hope that don't reject us, ok ? Daddy and mummy is also willing to trade everything we have to make you happy, because you happiness is ours as well".

"Xinxin, can mummy come to your home once it is ready ? Can mummy spend time with you and Austen ?" Madam NG clutched Alice hands. Alice could not say anything, she was confused with her own heart. she really wanted to give them a chance but she was also scare at the sametime. She was afraid that it was juat a beautiful dream. She had been lived comfortably for few years, she was scare to get hurt once more.

Nick was standing on the door. Apparently, He was back to their room when his aprents in law came there. He didn't enter the room to let the daughter and parents have their talk.

"Of course you can. Sean wedding is in July, you have to come" Nick spoke as his wife didn't say anything afterwhile and Madam NG waited for the answered in agony.

"Really ? I can come ?" Madam NG was confirming that it was not her imagination.

"Yes. Anyway in nine months time if uncles plant work as expected, we need your help to look after two kids. My mother will be very busy to have two grandkids at the same time. right honey ? " Nick was half joking.

Alice smiled and nodded while her parents laughed happily.

It was their time to leave the villa. Mr and Mrs Feng bid their farewell before they went to airport "In law, thank you for your hospitality. We hope you two can come to Sean wedding in August"

"We will. we definitely will come. we will see you again shortly" Madam NG hugged Mrs Feng. Then she hugged Alice and caressed her for while

"Lets go, get in the car otherwise you may late" Ming urged them.

Madam NG nodded and reluctantly let Alice slipped away from her cuddle.

At the airport before they went inside the departure terminal. they bid their last farewell. The Mrs feng and Madam NG cuddled each others while Mr Feng and Chairman shook hands.

"Nick, call daddy if you face any difficulty, understand " Chairman NG patted his son in law shoulder.

"I will. you two please look after your health as well" Nick bid their farewell.

"Bye mummy, daddy. I hope I'll see you again" Alice said.

Madam NG hugged his daughter and kisses her forehead for one more time, she was unwilling to be parted for her daughter.

"I'll call you when we arrive" Alice said to her mother.

"Ok" Madam NG sobbed then let her go.

"If Xinxin has any problem, let daddy know rightaway, ok ?" Chairman NG hugged her.

"mn" Alice nodded.

After they bid their farewell, Alice sneaked her hand on Nick left arm while his right arm holding Austen.

"Lets go, Mum, dad and Lana are waiting inside" Nick waived his hand good bye to the NG couple.

"Where are Sean and Jasmine" Alice asked.

Nick just lifted his chin to his left. She follow his gaze to find Jasmine was still talking to her mum.

Alice smiled then she turned her body toward her parents and waived her hand to them.

Chairman NG put his hand on his wife shoulder and led her cried on his chest while waving their hand.

"We will see them again very soon. I primise you." He took her hand and they walk away.

Behind the wall, a man was peeping. His handsome face looked very gaunt, it seems he had not had good life for ages. He watched silently as the girl he loved flew away for the second time.

Ten years ago, he was also there when her father exiled her to country U. The scane at that stime was still clear in his mind, she did not cry at all but she was not happy at all in fact she was in sorrow.

But today, She was 180 degree different.

"Xinxin, I am sorry that I threw the ball to you. I jusy want to see your face. I didn't expect it hurt you. that day, Iwas so scare when I was blood on your head" muffled. He knew he was a coward as he could not say directly to her. He closed his eyes for while. When he opened his eyes again, he saw her went further away while clinging on her husband arm.

"Good bye Xinxin. I wish for your happiness. If only I was brave enough to protect you. I hope he is good enough dor you, I will always have you in my heart" Byron sent his love good bye. Love is belong to those who embrace it openly with sincerity not for those who cowardly hide their feeling.
