After the operation, Aline was brought to the ICU. She's in coma and her heart is still weak.

A month had passed but she doesn't show any signs of waking up. Her mother and Ken blocked the news about her. Whenever their father asked about her, Ken would just say she is busy and is not available.

Shen is walking along the hospital's corridor when she saw Mrs. Mae and Ken going to the ICU. Out of curiosity, Shen followed them without being noticed by the two. When the two are already outside, a nurse is already waiting for them.

"how is she? Any changes to her condition?" Mae asked the nurse without any emotion. " When will she be transferred to a room?"

"Theirs no sign of her waking up yet. Due to the impact of being hit by the bottle to her head and other health issues of her, we dont know when will she wakes up. But she is already showing signs of improvement in her health." the nurse replied.

"Ok, call us when she is already wakes up." Ken said then left with his mother.

"She's really a disappointment. Now she's a liability. We are paying too much to this hospital and yet we gain nothing. wait till she wakes up, she needs to compensate all our expenses to her." Mae complains to her son. "Anyway, any news about Alvin? when will he be back? be sure not to tell him what happens to his sister or all of our hardship will be in vain. You know that we need your brother to stay with our side inorder for you to stay in the company's CEO seat."

"He wont come back yet. Just not yet. Anyway, father keeps on asking about Aline, so you have to talk to him. he is too troublesome to handle." Ken said
