The Time Keeper

It was April 14th 1912, and I was in the worst place possible I was aboard the one and only titanic. Now most people would panic at this point but don't worry I am not going to die here in fact I'm only here to find my friend Emma. The real problem is she's nowhere to be found and I can't leave without her. Let me start over from the beginning. My name is William Grey and I am a time traveler. My mother when she was alive keep history in order by going around making sure no one else ruined the timeline of course I followed in her footsteps, but i've decided to do things a little different I have decided to go back and fix time to save what's left to the world. Emma McCreves is my best friend and has been since birth but she is from a much more terrifying family she is a master thief and an assassin.

I moved into the crowd of people screaming and trying to get off the ship

" Emma!" I shouted at the top of my lungs

"William!" her voice drifted through the feral screams of the crowd I pushed my way through the large crowd catching breif glances of her as she herself way also weaving through the crowd

"Where are you going!" I yelled after her she shot forth grabbing the icy rail on the bow of the ship as the huge boat tipped and people where being thrown from the boat into the freezing water below I caught myself on another bar connecting to the rail next to a man who was screaming and flailing his arms

"Willam! We need to move before we die here!" she yelled reaching for my arm

"God will save us!" the man began preaching he stood up on the rail shouting to the sky to be saved he slipped on the frozen rail and fell taking Emma with him

" No!" I yelled jumping after them we hit the deathly cold water like rocks on pavement and the cold seemed to burn my skin, I broke to the surface gasping for air I shot around looking for Emma

"Emma?!" I yelled broke the surface next to me

"William..get us out of here" she shivered I reached for the silver watch around my neck to find the timepiece missing from my chest

"My watch is missing!" I told her feeling panic she dove back under water I followed her feeling around in the merky water I went up for air looking for Emma she burst from the water shoving the watch into my hand

"G-go! " she barked I threw my arm around her waist and hit the button on the watch we where both lanched to 2145 our own timeline to be exact we hit the living room floor of my fathers house water dripping from our clothes

" you good? " I asked staring at the ceiling, but their was no response from her I looked over to find her laying next to me pale with purple lips

"Emma?! Hey wake up! " I grabbed a blanket from the couch wrapping her in the heavy material I wrapped my arms around her pulling her close to me but the cold got the better of me and i slipped into the darkness of my nconsciousness.
