Camp Ended

After returning to his tent, Xan started meditating to bring his state of mind to idle condition.

'World is Infinite. To control infinity, I have to become strong.'

'I am pathetic. If I want to save my loved ones I have to become strong.'

'Only strong make the decision.'

Xan is removing impurities and abnormalities from his body before he starts cultivating 'Chaos Dragon Body Manual'. It has strict requirements and brings a lot of pain if this body was with any abnormality the body will break and crushed by the pressure during training.

After a while, all the students started returning.

Xan stopped cultivating to not bring any unnecessary problems for himself.

Luke, Ed, and Thompson returned to the tent and saw Xan already asleep.

"Let's rest so that we will give our best tomorrow.", said Thompson.

"Ok.", replied Luke and Ed.

Giving an extra look to the sleeping Xan, Luke got in his sleeping bag.

At the first ray of the morning, all the students were still sleeping while Udolf was running around the forest and placing some tokens below rocks, above trees, in the lake, inside burrows, and in some tricky places.

"I hope this will be challenging for them."

At 8 AM, students started coming out of their tents.

"Good morning."

"What good morning, I have been unable to get proper sleep."

"This is because you like to sleep at 5 in the morning, so, how is it possible for you to sleep at 10."

Some of them started joking around while enjoying the fresh air. A city can never have this type of atmosphere no matter how many environmental campaigns were brought for healthy and clean living.

Chesney said," Boys and girls, go freshen up yourself, and start preparing for breakfast. We better finish this as fast as we can, so that we can start today's activity."

"Ok.", all of them replied enthusiastically.

After 2 hours, everyone was told the rules of the competition.

Everyone has to participate in group of 2 and have to find the tokens hidden around the jungles. To win the competition, they have to collect a minimum of 10 tokens. Everyone will be given one flair bomb to use if they want to quit, feels they are lost or are in any kind of danger. Udolf or any standby student will come to help them. Time limit of the competition is 5 PM if no one has completed the task by then-then the pair with the highest amount of tokens will declare as the winner. If two pair has the same amount at the end, they will be up for a friendly match. No infighting is allowed only tricks and trap.

Most of the students had formed pairs. Some of them volunteered to help in rescue missions. Volunteers mostly included Student Committee member.

"Everyone ready. On my mark, go.", said Udolf.

Total of 34 pairs participated in the competition. Each class has a total strength of 40.

"Xan, we have to win the competition.", said Taylor.

"You must give your 100%."

Xan was uninterested in the competition. He wanted to volunteer but seeing the eager eyes of Taylor made him stop from doing it.

Xan replied with a nod.

What will happen when you ask a writer to write hello?

The same is happening with Xan. By glancing in front of him, he has already found 13 badges. But he can't tell this to her otherwise she would bombard him multiple of questions.

After 3 hours the first flair was seen by all the students.

By the end of the competition, Xan and Taylor had found 18 tokens. Xan doesn't want to attract too much attention to himself.

At 5 PM, everyone returned to the camp.

Seeing different type of faces, Udolf chuckled and said, "You all don't have to be sad. What matters is that you must enjoy the time here. Now, it is time for finding out who has won the competition. The group with more than 10 tokens move forward."

Only 3 groups moved forward. One of the pairs was of girls from class 3-B both looking energetic with good looks but simple dressing.

The second pair were a couple from class 3-B as well. The boy is a head taller than Xan with firm and strong body, while the girl about the same height as Xan giving cold and harsh stare towards the group of girls and the third group to move forward. The third pair is none other than Xan and Taylor.

"Show me the tokens.", asked Udolf.

The couple got 12 tokens while the group of girls got 14.

Seeing the number of tokens got by the girls made the couple dejected.

The smiles on the faces of girls bloomed but it was short lived after seeing 18 tokens in the hand of Taylor.

All the other students gasped seeing the number of tokens.

Most of them had only got an average of 6 tokens.

Udolf was also surprised by the result, "Good Work, even I am surprised by the number of tokens you got."

"Now, I will announce the results of the competition."

"The winners are Taylor and Xander of class 3-A."

"They are given the tickets to the inauguration ceremony of Thunderbolt Amusement Park."

"First runner-ups are Gween and Lauren from class 3-B."

"Second runner-ups are Kelly and Ben from class 3-B."

"Both of the teams are given a ticket for Thunderbolt Amusement Park, it is only applicable from the second day onwards."

"I hope you all enjoyed the competition and I also hope you will perform better in the following activities."

Even though they all felt envious of the prizes they got, they are more motivated to win the following competitions.

This camping trip was held for six days each day, having one competition for each day. The winning participants are not allowed to participate again, so that, no two prize goes to one individual alone.

No incident happens apart from the incident from the first day.

After the beating, Ronnie and his goons never appeared again in front of Xan. Whenever they see him, they run like a mouse seeing a cat.

The camp ended and everyone was ready to go back to the city.
