Our Journey Together (Vietnam 01 - Ho Chi Minh Again)

Lee Shin landed again in Ho Chi Minh City Thansonat International Airport by September 25 late afternoon time. Just over a month ago and she has been backpacking and survive a month. Unlike when she landed here for the first time, now she know that tomorrow she will see Kiel Jungye again and she will pick him up at the airport.

"Here I am again! Who would have thought? " She thought while can't stop smiling to herself.

She is now well adopted to backpackers lifestyle so need to be more thrifty and cannot take taxi to go to Bui Vien Street. She took No. 09 bus to get to Pham Ngu Lao.

Jungye is the one who booked the room so she just showed the screen shot of the reservation that he sent to her and checked in to get some rest.

[hey, landed and already here at the room you booked. how's your packing?] she sent text message to Jungye after taking shower and now relaxing on the bed.

[just still checking my backpack and hope I will not forget anything. why? excited to see me?]

[nah...just want to remind you of our travel plans together.] cheeky emoji.

[well I will be sleeping now because I will pick up a certain someone at the airport tomorrow] blushing emoji

[you will what? who is it? you're....you're cheating!] crazy emoji

[lol Jungye! hahaha you'll know tomorrow.. good night]

Thansonat International Airport...

Lee Shin is already waiting at A5 gate arrival area and waiting for Jungye. His plane already landed half an hour ago but he is still nowhere to be found. So she texted him a message.

[hey where are you now?]

[immigration..no cellphone.. talk later]

After 15 minutes..

[still there? what's taking you so long]

[just wait...doing something important.]

What could be important thing this guy is doing after immigration? She has been waiting for more than an hour and still cannot see him around.

[Jungye seriously another 20 minutes had passed, where are you now?]

[Jeezuz! Shin you don't have patience... few minutes walking now towards you]

After few minutes, Shin saw a tall man with huge backpack wearing a jeans, t shirt and a scarf wrapped around his neck..what a typical backpacker looks like. His hair seems a little wet and his face too, she thought.

They both smiled at each other when they are finally just few steps away and then Jungye hugged and lifted Shin to give her a smack quick kiss on her lips and put her down after.

"hey, you are really fast! we haven't seen each other for over a month and you kissed me already" Lee Shin teased him. "OMG! I am allowing a man to kiss me and hug me and lift me and we are not even in a formal relationship together and also he is 4 years younger than I am" Her mind is screaming on her.

"is there something wrong? The last time I check no one is going to be mad at me if I kiss you right? Jungye answered back with a hint of smile on his lips.

Lee Shin can't help but rolled her eyes with smile on her lips. "by the way, why is your hair a little wet and what is this too important thing you did that made you took more than half an hour there?"

"oh, I washed my faced and brushed my teeth before coming here to you...because I was thinking of kissing you again right after I see you waiting for me.... can't kiss a woman with bad breath"

They both laugh with it though they know its a little corny but for them it's something to laugh about. Then they walked hand in hand to go to the bus station and go straight to their hotel room.

They had dinner after Jungye put down all his belongings and took shower. They wandered off for an hour around Bui Vien Street and then went back to their hotel room.

Shin:"Jungye, our hotel room has only 1 bed...but it's huge...why did you book this?"

Jungye: " because regular dorms are noisy and too crowded...and also I want some privacy"

Shine: "why?" her voice is a little pitch higher and she raised her eyebrows staring at him.

Jungye:" if you are thinking something....I don't have any plans, I just want to have a nice sleep for tonight." he teased her.

Shin:" I am not thinking of anything ok, it's an innocent question without hidden meaning"

Jungye: " Ok, ok... that's innocent statement too... I don't have hidden meaning" but he is grinning deep inside.

They slept that night in one bed but just sleeping though late at night around 2am, Junge held her hand when he thought that she is already in deep sleep. They slept holding hands while Lee Shin is not aware about it.
