The Star Tribulation.

There were billions of cultivators in the Monarch Knight Worlds and all of them were looking up in shock.

There were five celestial comets, roughly the size of the moons in the sky, shooting forward at a deadly speed.

If these happened to crash on this planet, everyone here would die, and Lie Wei Ying could hardly believe those above went so far.

Unfortunately, this was what happened when someone weak grew strong so fast.

The people above were scared of his might and planned to dispose of him as quickly as possible. However, they had no idea of his true strength. He, also, didn't know how strong he had become. Unfortunately, there was no statistics in overpowered at this moment, and all he was able to gauge was his rank.

He was in the first rank of the World Sovereign stage, and had transcendent energy flowing through his hands as he pointed up his palm in anticipation for the incoming comets that seemed bent on destroying him.

Transcendent energy could be used to do a lot of things, and one of the things he was able to do with it was use it to upgrade his physique. It made his muscles seem to turn gold as he smiled at the incoming comets with a fierce look of determination.

"Defiance Strike!"

He screamed as a gigantic energy brandished along with his new swords.

It flew forwards towards the celestial comets that reminded Lie Wei Ying of the all the people in this world he hated. In fact, he always suspected there was a reason for his bad luck. However, this wasn't about him and fate, it was about him and this world.

A billion cultivators were here watching that energy blast blitz towards the incoming attacking masses.

However, a second later, the Defiance strike had already split into five and traveled over three hundred thousand miles.

"Boom!"

The celestial comets were immediately cut in half as Lie Wei Ying continued to swing his sword.

Hundreds if not thousands of similar comets were birthed from inside the cloud of creation.

Whenever a planet was created, there was usually such clouds and one would form a sun and the other a disk. The disk would become the planet, and the sun would obviously cause its life to flourish and develop.

However, the committee decided to end an entire new universe from forming to try and stop Lie Wei Ying from growing any stronger. It was actually quite sad because there were trillions of lives planned that were abandoned in order for the destruction of one individual.

Regardless, all the comets they sent were steered off course before they exploded like gigantic bombs and created fireworks in the sky.

Beads of sweat poured down Lie Wei Ying's face as another ten such clouds appeared surrounding the planet.

Not too far away from Lie Wei Ying there was a small girl gasping in awe as she watched Lie Wei Ying seem to summon an entire universe to stop their world from being destroyed.

She was on a pilgrimage from Zandarvia, one of the countries between the east and the west, and was shocked as someone her age seemed to transcend the limits of the universe to protect her.

"Brother, why is that man so strong?"

Her brother, who was a full grown man with a beard and sword on his back shook his head. "Perhaps he's one of those gods who prefers to be of little stature."

The sister laughed before she jumped up and hugged her brother. "MMMMM, I think we should be friends with him," she said as she hugged her brother. She felt the sweat against his cheek and suddenly got confused.

"Brother, you're sweating. Are you worried about something?"

Her brother, who was just a lowly Emperor in these parts, laughed before he looked at the ten cosmic clouds spiraling into menacing shapes.

"Just know that I love you Bunny Buns. Now, if you don't mind, I think we should let that little boy focus. If you talk too loud, the entire world might get destroyed, okay?"

The girl nodded her head before she looked up at the beautiful starlight that had turned into weapons of fire, and ice above.

"Uhm, well, I wish you luck!" She screamed towards Lie Wei Ying.

….

The second part of the tribulation was going to be the hardest, and it required 10 quintillion futures to create.

There was ten gigantic weapons made of different materials. One of those materials was known as platinum fire, and it was formed into the shape of a spear. The distant cosmic clouds seemed to storm. Such storms, when happening in space, seemed almost unreal. Yet, then it flew at a far greater speed then Lie Wei Ying expected. In roughly a tenth of a millisecond it was already entered the atmosphere.

On its entry, hundreds of thousands of cultivators tried to defend themselves from the heat. It first entered over the Seven Gambit Lands. It was home to the rouge cultivators who united themselves to fight off their more violent neighbors. Yet, nearly a third of them died.

Lie Wei Ying activated his transcendent energy and angrily screamed.

"You're going to pay for this," His eyes trailing over the hundreds of beautiful women that were crisping into amber mists. They eventually turned into dust that spread out over the fields in the Seven Gambit land. However, way before that happened, he sent out a chilling burst of Qi towards the deadly fire.

'Mei Li, I had such a good time with you on that bed. If it wasn't for you, this wouldn't be possible," Lie Wei Ying said as he smiled in reverie of his time in the game.

He truthfully missed those girls and hoped they wouldn't do something stupid now that he was dead. However, even if they did, this was the right decision on his part. He had a feeling if he stayed in the game any longer that he would never want to leave. After all, there was millions of girls who wanted to be with you at every moment, and his heart was set on Yu Yan for his first wife.

He wanted to give her that special night, and then he could go out and find other wives if he desired them.

Regardless, his icy attack was all thanks to Mei Li and her beautiful body.

It looked like a gigantic ice spear and a fire cosmic spear were clashing at the moment. A huge blast appeared in the sky before Lie Wei Ying felt himself being carried backwards.

"Whoosh!"

He spun in the air nearly a million times before he stabilized himself.

Below him was that cute girl whose voice had gave him more cause to protect this world.

She was talking to her brother once again.

….

"Uhm…." Ai Mei said while holding her brothers hand.

"Do you think he's stronger than dad?"

She pointed up to the little dot in the sky before her brother nodded his head once again.

"Yup, my little kitten, he's stronger than dad."

She angrily hmphed before she tried to think of someone who was as strong as him.

"Hmmm, is he stronger than the King of the Alter?"

Her brother laughed before he pat her head.

"If that king met him, I'm afraid he'd have to beg for forgiveness. After all, he's done so many horrible things in the last thousand years."

The girl finally stomped her feet before she pointed towards the heavens. "There must be someone stronger than him out there brother!" She looked flushed as her breathe seemed to cause her chest to heave.

"Ha… Bunny Bun, you're asking someone who could only dream of going into the second realm. Perhaps he's even the strongest there, too."

Ai Mei looked up at the boy and then grimaced. "Hmmm, well, if he doesn't protect us, I'm going to find him in the afterlife, and make him take responsibility!"

The two of them looked up before Lie Wei Ying found himself up against three more world creating weapons, one of them was made of coruscating ice, the other two were of lightning. However, the weapons seemed to have formed into a liquid substance. These were a type of liquid electricity only the gods could meld with intense dedication.

Regardless, out from his blade came millions of [full moon slashes] that brandished towards the tribulation that would be known as the tribulation of mystery.

Something profoundly hard to understand was about to happen. At least to the people below. Yet, Lie Wei Ying could sense it fully and he drew out his swords of the inferno. He pointed them towards that eerie feeling in the west that seemed to be moving quickly towards him.
