"Boss, our men… are..."
"Keep going…"
Ian's face sunk further when he saw how hesitant his subordinate was when reporting to him.
"They're all dead…"
Ian remained silent.
"Boss, this is all too sudden. 15 minutes ago, we were still talking to them and they were on standby, but now, we can't get into contact with any single one of them. Their devices are all well and functioning."
Ian did not want to hear this explanation and so he scanned the monitors. The sailor had turned around. He looked unfamiliar, not someone he had seen before. However, he seemed to feel like he knew this sailor.
The sailor seemed to know that Ian was watching so he spoke to the camera with a smile.
He spoke in fast Chinese, so Ian wasn't able to hear it clearly.
"Get someone who knows Chinese here now and translate what he said."
Five minutes later…
The translator came standing by Ian with fear…
"Sir…"
