Years after the defeat of a Demon Lord, Rathiel is Drahan's top Hero, known simply as The War-Necromancer. Being one of The Nine, a group of Adventurers who partook in the Final Battle against The Demon Lord and defeated him, forcing him to retreat. Shortly after that, most of The Nine went their own ways, leaving Rathiel as the only top ranked Adventurer to be active.
This was mostly because he was tricked by them, essentially forcing him to be Drahan's top Hero, despite being a Necromancer. With all of the Adventurer Guilds throughout the Kindgom, Rathiel is the only one that is classified as an SSS-Ranked Adventurer, making him one of the strongest warriors in the Kingdom.
But there was one problem; he was secretly married to Lucifer, The Devil Herself. A powerful Demon of The Hellish Horizon and one of the most infamous Demonic Entities, being related to both The Demon God of Destruction, Abaddon and The Distorted King of The Abyss, Behemoth. Lucifer seduced and married Rathiel, luring him into her Cuckquean fetishes.
While he acts as the Top Adventurer Hero of Drahan, Rathiel is secretly married to Lucifer Morningstar and has to bed other women in front of her, satisfying her perverse desires. But he doesn't complain, since he is also a man of debauchery.
One day, Rathiel finds out that a certain group of new Adventurers are showing great promise and breaking every record that he and his Party have broken. He believes that within no time, one of them would become an SSS-Rank Hero and will replace him, which is what he wants. He simply wishes to retire and be with his wife, the two of them indulging in their desires.
But there is another problem; every time the newcomers are faced with a fate-changing situation, Rathiel is always left to save the day, which annoys him greatly.
And when a plot to lure and kill Lucifer arises, which will eventually lead to a series of events that brings destruction to Drahan, Rathiel has no choice but to act.
He becomes the Hero that Drahan knows him to be.
