I stopped reading at chapter 60. The basic idea of being reincarnated as energy is great. However, I don't like the execution from the point where he enters the island and wastes all his energy teaching, training, and supporting people. He would have progressed much further without the human body, but I can understand the desire to have one again. I think the system is fine, since knowledge/techniques, etc., simply require energy. And I also like that he's not an OP for doing nothing, but has to work for everything. Therefore, I would still give the novel 3 stars.
