A healing chamber with healing technology 5 billion years ahead of the world's most advanced, most classified technologies. The genius then went through development for war. Next they created a training chamber that would train the user in every single martial art, every single weapon fighting every single method of combat in the world was taught to whoever used it. The same for spirituality as well as for magic energy for the world was full of magic energy except no one could really use it. They also made radiation protection equipment 5 billion years ahead of the world's current time as well as night vision glasses and various other things. The genius only made one of each type of chamber however they mass produced the other things that they made. They also made a training chamber that would make it impossible for anyone to survive or overcome without the mass produced protective gear that was designed to rival the environment of that place. The genius later died. They were from America and as a result the American government took full control over everything that was left behind.
