Rare review, because this is actually a good rom-com COTE fanfic. Especially rare with the female lead being Arisu. Maybe her character might be OOC, but it's not that much. Just a bit, and it's not really that jarring when it happens, when you take account that the story vibe is Rom-Com.

Writing is excellent, the story while quite dramatic is good but the downside for me is the relationship between Arisu and the MC. They have have somewhat good relationship in the major (the long ones that lead to a completion) simulations of both Ichinose and Karuizawa storylines with Sakayanagi Arisu being a manipulator/sh*t stirrer that is an obstacle for the Mc and the heroine. And because the Mc was ”helped” in a way by Arisu and her father, he NEVER retaliates against her, just takes the hits or unravels her schemes and leaves her be to continue obstructing. It is one thing to show gratitude for help, even if said help was given with ulterior motives, and another to be a complete doormat. Sadly the MC has become said doormat in over half the chapters in that I have read so far. As I personnaly dislike Arisu’s character as a bratty sh*it sitirring loli with no good qualities whatsoever, this has been a huge negative impact on the reading experience for me. I know some people like her character but personally wheter in fanfics or the original CotE light novels, I have always disliked her so seeing her constantly in major roles has left a poor taste, hence the minus 1,5 stars.

Firstly COTE tag should be present, the main premise of this crossverse story is ANHS of Cote. But regardless, this is highly recommend. This one truly has peak mc who is op and a pure menace. And this is Class B start which already makes it better then most of cote fics out there. He took over class B and directly got them to class A from the behavioral exam. he is a pure menace in exploiting others for points and is extremely strong both physically and academically, pretty much far stronger then kiyotaka if I am being real. This is harem and confirmed women who have joined are ichinose, chie, kushida, airi. more women like arisu and from crossverse will likely join, but for now nothing major of the other verses exist in this story.
