The story is very good, the MC is very charismatic and funny. I think the world presented can be very well used, with the world of mutants, inhumans, avengers, masked vigilantes.

the idea is great, the execution is meh, I'm only on chapter five and the stupidity of the main character is astounding. the main character seems to think he is in Marvel or DC where vigilantes are at least tolerated but in MHA they don't tolerate vigilantes, yet he went out of his way to find and stop criminals, I would understand if he was going for the vigilante rout but he isn't, he is going for the hero rout, not only that but he did this in front of an ATM so there is definitely video evidence of him committing a crime.
Add, read, vote, gift, repeat. Another masterpiece from the author of "Run Girl, If You Can," "Her Guardian Angel," & "Vigilantes." 13/10, would read it again.
